I called Nexar and spoke to Will with all my questions. They were about an hour and a half away from closing. He told me to come on in and he would take care of it. He understood my need to get it done. So I rushed in and they were extremely professional. Really awesome service. I waited in a nice comfortable lounge watching sports on the TV Their service absolutely won me over. The prices were really great. I called him. He gave me the estimate right away. No hesitation or funny games. I highly recommend you coming in for your auto needs.

5 /5 Tiffany Dawson: This is a great shop. My husband and I returned after moving further away because of the phenomenal customer service that we receive(d). We were quoted over $200 more at another place compared to the price that we received at Nexar. Robbie is a respectful man! The staff offered me a cold bottle of water and that made my day! They offer very honest prices and do not try to rip you off.

5 /5 Makenna Neal: This place is very great at what they do. Very reasonable pricing, straight forward, AND NOT MONEY HUNGRY! Robbie helped me with my back tires and brake pads after I was told from another place it would cost 2000 dollars to fix (JOHN EAGLE). Nexar ran a diagnostic for $80 which goes towards maintenance and gave me the run down of everything that needed to be fixed. They gave me options for how I wanted to go about fixing it and the pricing for each option. I ended up spending around 200 dollars which the other option was around $600-800 (which is about how much it SHOULD cost). I will definitely be back if I have any more issues with my car.

Coretta Talbert: I had been going to Noah Auto Care for a couple of years for minor repairs and initially trusted the shop based on a recommendation. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought my car in for a low gurgling noise that only occurred after 30 minutes of driving with the AC on. Instead of taking the time to hear the noise with me, the owner quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing fan and charged me $800 to replace it. The noise persisted, and only after I returned did he finally ride with me and acknowledge that the compressor was the issue — not the fan. He refused to take accountability for the misdiagnosis or offer any kind of refund or credit toward the actual repair. He insisted the fan “needed” to be replaced, even though it was making a normal spinning noise. I later had the issue confirmed by a dealership — it was indeed the compressor all along. To make matters worse, when I filed a dispute with my credit card company, instead of contacting me directly, the owner called my sister (who had recommended him) to ask her to talk to me about dropping the dispute. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. This situation showed me that this business is not as honest or trustworthy as I once believed. Be cautious — especially if you’re not well-versed in car repairs.

James Primrose: My car had broken down wouldn’t even go into gear. Being a tow truck driver with triple aaa I had towed many people to Car Pro. So I thought I would give them a try. I dropped my Car off on a Saturday being worried it could have been my transmission. Even if it wasn’t my transmission tons of mechanics would just lie and say it was, but not Paul. I got a phone call from Paul at Car pro first thing Monday morning. Didn’t have to call in once to see it what was going on with my car. Paul figured out the problem in no time. Gave me a fair pricing and excellent customer service through out the process. My A/C was out on my car too as wel. I thought they did such and excellent job I asked what the price was to fix everything and it couldn’t have been more fair!!!! I see now why people come here, and I definitely can say Paul at Car pro is who I am going to come too if I ever have any more problems. I 100% recommend these guys! Very honest, very dependable!

munchichi8: I used this place awhile back. I saw some good reviews on a website to come here for my European vehicle. What I realized with dealing with this place is that unless you are their regular customer they will neglect you and rip you off. I dropped off my vehicle here and I told them I will be travelling and I would like my vehicle back when I return a month. When I came back to Houston in a month later my vehicle was not ready. They kept giving me a bunch of lies and told me they will work on it. After 2 months, I came by to pick up my car and the check engine light was still on. They told me they looked at it and wanted to charge me $140 to look at it. These guys are a bunch of frauds. Instead of just letting me have my car back for free because they did NOTHING!! They came up with a stupid invoice to say they looked at my car and charge me $140 to look at it. I dont know what respectable mechanic would charge anyone for not repairing their vehicles.
