1 /5 Awh71: We have a family member going through the most difficult time of her life and the staff is the most uncaring, rudest (especially the receptionist) people she and her family has had to dealt with. If you don’t like your job or are uncaring FIND ANOTHER JOB. Show some compassion.

1 /5 Lifeisahorse (Lifeisahorse): I have dealt with Texas Oncology in a few different locations. That is why I chose the granbury location. The granbury location, the doctor, was very indifferent. She NEVER returns your call, only the staff returns calls and they cant answer most questions. If you are using oncology it could mean life or death. To deal with a cold and uninformative doctor that wont make call backs is a very difficult situation. I suppose the no call backs could be because she never was told about the request. Either way, I could not deal with them. My sick mom needed help on her time. Not theirs. They forget they work for the patients, not the other way around. If it wasnt for patients they would have no job. Im surprised they have any patients at all. We were referred to that clinic and I already knew from recommendations not to go there. We changed doctors to one at the Center for Cancer and blood disorders. Amazing difference. Avoid Texas oncology in the Stephenville/Granbury locations.

5 /5 The Jetpack Waffle: Had a good visit today. Dr. D’Spain is a wonderful doctor - very knowledgeable and takes time to address all my concerns. The office runs very smoothly and all the staff are professional and friendly.
