Very kind, honest, supportive, and knowledgeable. So glad I found Dr. Benjamin and hope I never have to find another PCP. Also big shout out to the assistants and front office staff - they are always so polite and accommodating.
Medical City Green Oaks Hospital Plano Outpatient Clinic - Plano kasey ortiz: DONT BRUNG YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The doctors are only there for 30 minutes a day and don’t see all the children he diagnoses children like he’s giving out free homes. The front desk African American old woman at the front desk is extremely unprofessional it’s sad that’s the face you see walking in she couldn’t even give me her name let alone speak directly to me. I promise you this place will not help your children but will only cause more problems. My daughter was a patient there and I was told she had a list of problems, they only want you for your money.
Keith R. Eppich, MD - Plano Cindy Scoggins: Ive been a patient of Dr. Eppich for of least 15 years now. I drive farther than I would like to, but I wouldnt trust my health with anyone else. By far, the best doctor I have ever seen. His nurse is great too, so all around a wonderful experience visiting his office.

I was struggling with severe depression for a long time, and nothing seemed to help. I had tried ketamine treatments in the past, but they always felt like temporary fixes. Dr. Hill’s approach, with stronger doses and fewer treatments, has made a huge difference. I feel like I’ve truly pulled myself out of that dark hole, and my depression has been under control ever since.
The transformation has been so remarkable that my grandmother flew in to see Dr. Hill as well. She’s noticed an incredible change in me and decided to try the treatments herself. She’s been amazed by the difference it’s made in her life too!
Dr. Hill’s office manager, Leslie, is also absolutely wonderful. She’s always so kind, welcoming, and makes the whole process feel seamless and comfortable. Ketamine treatments can seem intimidating at first, but Dr. Hill makes it so much easier. He’s there to guide you every step of the way—quite literally holding your hand through it!
Additionally, Dr. Hill offers vitamins and CBD products that have been an amazing addition to my routine after the treatments. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being.
Dr. Hill is truly an angel, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re struggling with depression or mental health, don’t hesitate to reach out. 100,000/10 recommend!

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas - Dallas Jennifer K: So me and my momma can sometimes be a bit chatty. The Nurse Manager Felicia Green came in to introduce herself. Mom mentioned that the building that we’re in, was opened the same day my brother was born. He was the first baby born here and then 13 months later she gave birth to the first sibling born here. Well Ms. Felicia talked to their Hospitality manager Francisco Gonzalez and he got with Melissa Winans and they brought my Momma a beautiful iris to commemorate. It was so sweet and kind! And they said they couldn’t leave me out so this boujie girl got a nice robe, some slippers, and eyes mask with ear plugs. This hospital is hands down the best!
Dr. Arash Tirandaz - Plano Russ Pirasteh: Dr. tirandaz is simply the best! I feel fortunate to have him available as my primary care physician. He has been kind, caring, detailed, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He has been my most trusted physician!
Medical City Frisco Emergency Room - Frisco Ron Ragan: Wow! Honestly best experience weve had with both an ER and an ICU. Unfortunately my wife has significant chronic conditions that have resulted in ER visits and ICU stays at most area hospitals. Without question, this was the best experience. Excellent communication and respect from nursing staff, physicians and all support staff. Hope to never need these services again but this will be our destination if that does occur.
UT Southwestern Frisco - Frisco Kimberly: I should have known when they didnt call after receiving our referral from the doctor that the negative experience would continue. I called to schedule and apparently nobody has ever tried to get an appointment with Dr. Shumon Dhar who was under the age of 18. They were all confused and had me on hold for 45 minutes as they went back and forth to try and get an answer on whether he would actually see a teenager. The notes for the referral were not detailed so I had given them further information previously and they said they would pass this to the doctor and call me back so that I didnt have to sit on hold even longer. Well, its been over 2 weeks and Ive heard nothing. If you expect any sort of decent assistance or follow-up this apparently is not the place.
