Even though my brother was not there at the time as scheduled and expected, I was politely put on hold then Officer Elliott came to the phone to let me know that “SHE IS LOOKING IT UP FOR YOU AND SHE WILL BE RIGHT BACK WITH YOU”. “She” came back to the phone with full details and the location of my brother, which eased my anxiety a bit.
