Our nurse, Kayla, was absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. The doctor was also great, taking the time to thoroughly assess our son and explain everything clearly. The entire experience was smooth, and we truly appreciate the compassionate and professional care. Highly recommend this facility! And couldn’t leave out the front desk lady she was super caring !

Checking in I was directed to a kiosk to finish my registration absolutely love it took only a couple minutes.And right after I got help immediately. The service was so fast and friendly. Katherine, Avery, Simona and Dr. Scrubber was very attentive. I would definitely recommend coming here.

5 /5 Kiara Story: The check in process was quick. Nurse David was awesome. He made sure my 1.5 year old was comfortable. Nurse Practitioner Joi was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here. My daughter is obsessed with this cute bear.

The north remembers: So I want to start off with I did have to wait a long time to get in, but there is only one doctor here and a lot of the issues came from my insurance company which isn’t the fault of anyone at this office. I had my appointment this morning and I did have to wait but again one doctor. Front desk and staff were very nice, the chairs are changed from the ones that were featured in the review. Place was clean, doctor was vey nice and explained everything so I could understand. I was expecting the worst due to many bad reviews but my experience was not bad just a bit of a wait time.

I had my baby numerous times to the children hospital, they did nothing so I took my baby to see our pediatrician and he said she had the flu after testing. So he gave my daughter medication and she is doing well. Thank you to this clinic and their wonderful staff!

Kim Garcia: Better than I expected, everything went really smooth here. I was seen fast, hardly waited long at all; barely had time to do my paperwork. Nurses (I saw an NP) and all staff were really friendly. I would consider this location for sure. It was much better than the temple clinic!

Tamika King: The staff is really sweet and so is the Dr but she dropped the ball big time with my daughter. We went to her for 10 months straight trying to figure out what was wrong with her , sadly we ended up going to Temple and my daughter had Cancer the whole time. She will not be returning. I was truly disappointed in how she treated my daughter.
