    dana williams: Stay away from this shop!!!! I been dealing with them for years I thought Lang was honest. I went there because my key wouldn’t come out my ignition. He gave me a price of 392.00 I told him to fix it then he called back the next day and said it was going to be a little more. He said it’s going to cost 795 I didn’t agree to that, so he called back and said he could bypass it for 250 I told him no give me my truck back because I did some research and found out all he had to do was unplug it so I did it myself took 2min. Come to find out all I need was 8 dollar part some gear shift bushings. So be aware they are crooks.

    Kristine Hansen: So glad I found this place! We had a dreaded code pop up on our Tacoma and this obnoxious rattling in the bed of the truck that had been happening for YEARS! So, I brought it to Auto Medics for a quote. Cesar was the one to help me and after a few minutes he came back with a quote for our catalytic converter but he fixed the rattling in the bed of our truck at no cost!! Immediately when I left, I knew we had to give them our business because this was top notch customer service! Well after some time, catalytic converters aren’t cheap y’all, we saved up our $ and brought the truck in and got her fixed up. She drives so much better and we feel safe actually driving it now! Their pricing is reasonable and everyone at the shop is easy to talk to and not like your average repair shop. They won’t take advantage, are honest and understanding of your needs. As a female who has worked in the car service industry, I know this is rarity to come by but they exist and we will certainly be coming back for our future automotive needs! Thank you Cesar, Ariel and the rest of your awesome team!

    Angelica Cobb: I wish I could rate this shop less than 1 star.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I was unfamiliar with this place but it had great reviews on Google and Yelp. I called early in the morning to make sure they could even work on my car. Explained the issue, they said sure. They kept my car a day without doing anything. Told me once the car was already towed there that there would be an additional cleaning fee of $150! I explained the oil leak problem when I called, that price should have been disclosed at the beginning. Poor communication from the business. They ended up having to keep the car the weekend. I got it back last week. The car had to be towed yesterday to a shop from the second drive after receiving it and the engine is no good anymore! Hare Repair claimed to fix the oil leak, in actuality they just took my money. There is too high of a quote to even see where the issue is. It didnt even last a week!!!! Thanks for nothing Hare repair... take your car here if you like to walk I guess.

    Christine Bicek: As always, I had an excellent experience at Santa Ana. I’ve been to Santa Ana in the past when I needed some bodywork looked at. I didn’t realize they also have an auto repair side. I’m so glad I read the reviews and chose to go to Santa Ana. Not only are they professional, and excellent mechanics, they’re extremely friendly, they follow up on the work they’ve done and they don’t try to oversell you anything that you definitely don’t need. As a senior female, I appreciate their honesty and professionalism! They also arranged a Lyft for me to go home and a Lyft for me to pick up my car. That kind of service goes a long way!

    Bryan Lee: Marcus is a very honest and genuine mechanic, I am so happy to have found his services. He will come straight to you to fix your car and tells you straight up what need to be done. He helped me do repairs on my truck and has done a fantastic job on multiple repairs. He even stayed late to do a repair late in the night when the issue became more complicated than originally anticipated. I highly recommend him to whoever need something fixed the right way the first time around. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic and he is one of them!
