5 /5 Kristine Hansen: So glad I found this place! We had a dreaded code pop up on our Tacoma and this obnoxious rattling in the bed of the truck that had been happening for YEARS! So, I brought it to Auto Medics for a quote. Cesar was the one to help me and after a few minutes he came back with a quote for our catalytic converter but he fixed the rattling in the bed of our truck at no cost!! Immediately when I left, I knew we had to give them our business because this was top notch customer service!
Well after some time, catalytic converters aren’t cheap y’all, we saved up our $ and brought the truck in and got her fixed up. She drives so much better and we feel safe actually driving it now!
Their pricing is reasonable and everyone at the shop is easy to talk to and not like your average repair shop. They won’t take advantage, are honest and understanding of your needs. As a female who has worked in the car service industry, I know this is rarity to come by but they exist and we will certainly be coming back for our future automotive needs!
