1 /5 Angelica Cobb: I wish I could rate this shop less than 1 star.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! I was unfamiliar with this place but it had great reviews on Google and Yelp. I called early in the morning to make sure they could even work on my car. Explained the issue, they said sure. They kept my car a day without doing anything. Told me once the car was already towed there that there would be an additional cleaning fee of $150! I explained the oil leak problem when I called, that price should have been disclosed at the beginning. Poor communication from the business. They ended up having to keep the car the weekend. I got it back last week. The car had to be towed yesterday to a shop from the second drive after receiving it and the engine is no good anymore! Hare Repair claimed to fix the oil leak, in actuality they just took my money. There is too high of a quote to even see where the issue is. It didnt even last a week!!!! Thanks for nothing Hare repair... take your car here if you like to walk I guess.

I had been going to my usual auto shop for a few years and thought I could trust them, but then I was quoted for all this crazy work that I just couldn’t afford. I took it to Hare Repair for a second opinion and was warmly greeted by Rhonda. But sure enough, their assessment for the vehicle was far different and more reasonable than the original auto shop. The shop manager at Hare was kind enough to show me the parts firsthand since he knew I had been screwed by my original auto shop for quite some time. It’s hard to find honest folks out there and I’ve been so pleased with Hare!

5 /5 Aaron Lin: Hare Repair offered exceptional service and honest pricing. Jim was transparent with me about which parts I should replace or not, and I appreciated his insight and integrity. Ronda was friendly and welcoming when I dropped off and picked up my vehicle. Would recommend coming here! I will be coming back for any car problems in the future.

5 /5 Shane Zell: I have been here twice now for issues with my car over the years. Both times they have been quick at getting it repaired and it has been cheaper than I had imagined. I will be coming back here again in the future when the need may arise.
