Hailey was super approachable which is a must especially when walking into a new environment. Hailey was super patient and all ears without judgement. She ran everything by me before even touching my hair which made me super comfortable and trusting. She fixed my damaged hair with a gloss and trim and I left with it looking 100 times better than what it was before. My overall experience was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I’ve been to several salons where staff have had their noses in the air but not this one! I loved the atmosphere and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be back.

I moved to Houston 2 years ago and I was so nervous going to a new stylist and she has taken me on a hair care journey and my hair has gotten so much healthier over time with her. She does a fantastic job with blonds and knows exactly what I want. Her haircuts are fantastic and super communicative. The salon atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and always an enjoyable experience. I leave feeling confident and refreshed every time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled, reliable stylist!

Megan Murillo: I got a haircut here about a month ago. It was a very odd experience because I am very basic with how I do my hair. I like blended layers and a little bit of curtain bangs. I tried to give my stylist some feedback. That wasn’t helpful for her I guess? I reached out to the manager for a follow up appointment and she was more than accommodating. However, I had to cancel due to work so I went to another salon for yet another haircut. The second stylist I saw did confirm that my haircut was very crooked, the layers weren’t even, and there were pieces missing like she attempted to add texture but just took chunks out of my hair. We had to take almost two inches off just to fix it. At this point I would like a refund.

Shantrice Terrell: I had my first visit to this salon with my daughter, and we were both so impressed! Although we didnt have an appointment, the team was quick and attentive, taking their time to make sure we both looked great. They were incredibly welcoming and made my 8-year-old feel at ease for her first Brazilian Blowout. Even though we live 40 minutes away, it was absolutely worth the drive. The salon itself is spotless, and theres plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be returning!

THEN an excellent shampoo and she deep conditioned my hair under the dryer for 5 minutes- who does that? The cut is so precise and easy to style. Carolyn: Im devastated. Ive been going to the salon for years and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an EMAIL saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What the?? I visited the salon every two weeks thats 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles, skin care, brushes and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! I looked forward to going, I enjoyed interacting with people I had been seeing for a long time. That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong. I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldnt be bothered to call me back nor anyone else. This is how they treat long-term clients. David and Luis, this is not how you run a business. The arrogance is amazing, business must be good. The salon can screw up and they have, charging me the wrong price more than once or with appointments... but be aware you are not allowed to! P.S. Kelsey, I considered you a friend.
