04-2025 Ciao Salon in The Best 18 Hair Salons in Houston, TX (part 2) Therapy Hair Studio - Houston Carolyn: Im devastated. Ive been going to the salon for years and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an EMAIL saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What the?? I visited the salon every two weeks thats 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles, skin care, brushes and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! I looked forward to going, I enjoyed interacting with people I had been seeing for a long time. That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong. I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldnt be bothered to call me back nor anyone else. This is how they treat long-term clients. David and Luis, this is not how you run a business. The arrogance is amazing, business must be good. The salon can screw up and they have, charging me the wrong price more than once or with appointments... but be aware you are not allowed to! P.S. Kelsey, I considered you a friend.
D-Kuts Hair Salon - Houston Soccer Boys99: New to the area, I check the reviews before coming. This was my first time and I LOVE IT. My toddler has never been to salon to cut her hair and David took his time, he was so nice and patience with her because my daughter is super impatience. All my girls hair came out beautiful and he even blow dry their hair. Its very affordable and kids friendly. I’ll continue to be a customer. Thank you David!
LL Hair Studio an Aveda concept Salon - Houston Samasthitha Subramanyan: Firstly they accommodated me on the busiest day of the year 12-31-2024. Nadia did my hair and she is lovely. I got exactly what I wanted. Will be coming back for highlights.
Saint Rose - Houston Jake Sebren: Saint Rose is awesome! I’ve only been once, but will definitely be back. Ramiro was fantastic and was very detailed with my hair cut. I communicated to him what I was looking for and he nailed it! The atmosphere at Saint Rose is really nice and everyone I interacted with was very friendly.
Hair Society Salon - Houston Keely Hunter: Angel & Sway were utterly phenomenal! I went in with tons of gray, split hair color and desperately needed a cut. Angel listened to what I wanted, answered all of my questions and we found an amazing solution to my hair! This was a phenomenal experience and I will be a lifetime client. Thank you both so much!
Linear Salon - Houston Laura Rinaldi: Jim did an amazing job with my haircut! I travel through Houston occasionally to visit my daughter and needed a stylist who’s great with short hair. Jim took the time to ask detailed questions about my hair and preferences, and the result was exactly what I wanted. He’s not only talented but also has a bubbly and kind personality that made the experience enjoyable. The salon is laid-back yet professional and clean. While the cut wasn’t cheap, it was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!
Eric Perez Salon - Houston Gina Williamson: I made an appointment with Eric easily through text. I showed Eric a photo of the pixie I was looking for and I am so pleased with the results. A shampoo, cut, and style in a lovely clean salon. If you are a pixie girl, go see Eric! You wear your hair every day. Get a good cut. You deserve it!

LOUIS HAIR SALON - Houston Truc Dinh: This review is long overdue but it’s here after many visits. I rarely go to the hair salon but Louis is my place to go every time I need a new look.
It’s my 3rd time getting balayage done from him because it lasted me a year or so that I don’t have to come back so often and does not look off even when my hair grown out like half way. I always get so many compliments and even the friends I have recommended here said the same. He just understands the assignment.
