5 /5 Pharmacy Blue: Quinn did a great job! Super friendly and was able to accommodate walk-ins. He really took the time to assess my hair and gave me exactly what I was looking for. He has a wonderfully bright personality and the whole shop had an overall positive vibe. He helped me get a low maintenance hair style and even went over tips to replicate this look at home. He’s also one of the only hairstylist Ive been to that actually understands what 3 inches is. He gave me a great trim, without causing me to lose too much length. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend him enough.

Carolyn: Im devastated. Ive been going to the salon for years and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an EMAIL saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What the?? I visited the salon every two weeks thats 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles, skin care, brushes and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! I looked forward to going, I enjoyed interacting with people I had been seeing for a long time. That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong. I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldnt be bothered to call me back nor anyone else. This is how they treat long-term clients. David and Luis, this is not how you run a business. The arrogance is amazing, business must be good. The salon can screw up and they have, charging me the wrong price more than once or with appointments... but be aware you are not allowed to! P.S. Kelsey, I considered you a friend.

My toddler has never been to salon to cut her hair and David took his time, he was so nice and patience with her because my daughter is super impatience. All my girls hair came out beautiful and he even blow dry their hair. Its very affordable and kids friendly. I’ll continue to be a customer. Thank you David!

Truc Dinh: This review is long overdue but it’s here after many visits. I rarely go to the hair salon but Louis is my place to go every time I need a new look. It’s my 3rd time getting balayage done from him because it lasted me a year or so that I don’t have to come back so often and does not look off even when my hair grown out like half way. I always get so many compliments and even the friends I have recommended here said the same. He just understands the assignment.
