1 /5 Carolyn: Im devastated. Ive been going to the salon for years and within the last month had two screw ups with appointments. The first, the salon took responsibility for, the second was entirely my fault just had the wrong time by 15 minutes. In response, I get an EMAIL saying all my future appointments have been canceled and that they refuse to provide me any other services. What the?? I visited the salon every two weeks thats 26 times a year, and I was always on time. In addition, I purchased hair products, candles, skin care, brushes and even a hair dryer. Therapy Hair salon was a major part of my life! I looked forward to going, I enjoyed interacting with people I had been seeing for a long time. That relationship was ended over an email and for getting an appointment time wrong. I called and asked my stylist of all these years, Kelsey, to at least talk to me and explain why they were cutting me off. Of course she couldnt be bothered to call me back nor anyone else. This is how they treat long-term clients. David and Luis, this is not how you run a business. The arrogance is amazing, business must be good. The salon can screw up and they have, charging me the wrong price more than once or with appointments... but be aware you are not allowed to! P.S. Kelsey, I considered you a friend.
