They came out to assess a water leak at the back of my RV, and I was so impressed with their service from start to finish. They were super responsive — answering my call quickly and getting me scheduled right away. They showed up on time, were incredibly knowledgeable, and had the issue assessed and fixed within minutes. 5 /5 Russ Texas: I called RV Brothers for assistance after getting my camper back from the dealer who had performed routine maintenance. Corey came over and not only fixed my problem, which the dealer failed to address but also explained to me how to correct the issue myself in the future. I also contacted them for assistance with adequately connecting my weight distribution hitch. Colton and Corey both came to my residence and showed me the proper way to connect the WDH to my truck. 5 /5 Uriel Garcia: So I called Corey this morning explained to him I was having an issue with the hot water in my camper and asked if he could come out. He stated it was a bit out of his range but he could on Thursday, which I was fine with. He then goes to say “I can help you over the phone” he video called me to run me step by step on stuff to check for. I completely understand why he is busy, GREAT, customer service and detail oriented. These two brother will be my go to for anything on my camper from now on. 10/10 recommend!
