Juliet Garay: If I could give this place zero stars I would! The service is horrible! Telling us they are slammed with 40 to 50 cars then why are you telling us you’re free from 9am to 5pm. That sounds like a you problem. I wouldn’t even waste my time coming here! It took them 4 days to give us the Initial estimate. I asked them if they made sure to look at the back cover on our truck where the hail hit all she said was “I’ll add a note.” Call our insurance oh no they didn’t add anything like that. I wouldn’t trust these ppl with any vehicle. Pretty much trying to low ball us. “Let’s pay less money.”

McCulloch Anna (Anna-mations): They were super friendly and nice. Especially the blonde curly haired guy with the earring. He’s very smart and kind. They’ve helped my dad for free so he begged me to actually give them paying business lol. And I not disappointed. They do a good job and the lobby is super comfy. Will come by again. I they can figure out some of the more finiky services for my hybrid I won’t go anywhere else! Much rather come here than the dealership.

Carol Kjar: We had a flat between Roby and Anson late Friday afternoon. A very kind young man helped us put on our small spare and we limped our way into Anson. We stopped at Franklin and Sons hoping they could help us. They not only fixed our flat and put it back on our vehicle, they did it right away with smiles on their faces and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them to everyone.

C Adkins: Absolutely baffled by this company. Son had a small wreck. I dont think it needed to be towed as no fluids were leaking. Driver insisted it needed to be towed to my wife and she wasnt sure so she allowed it. Literally 2 miles max. 150$. I can have stuff towed from Abilene to Hawley for 50$. Insane. I recommend calling Abilene Wrecker. This company sucks. In response to yours: your driver did not drive from Anson to Hawley having claimed he was already passing through on the highway.
