5 /5 Cathy Dixon: This business is amazing. I broke my phone and at&t in town couldnt help ne and I had to go to a phone store so they could transfer everything from my broken phone to my new phone. The young lady i think her name is Leanne but dont hold it against me was such a very smart and amazing person. She knew so much about phones and was so very nice. It took awhile but with her business attendees and knowledge about phones they are best in the business. I now wont take my phone anywhere else except here. They know their stuff when it comes to phone repairs. Thank you so much Hook it Up for the friendless and great knowledge and help me get my phone working again. 5 /5 Alex Smargiasso: I had my old iPhone 11 screen replaced. Very very bad screen damage. Without hesitation took it on. Very friendly straightforward action done on time. Highly recommend their services.

5 /5 Kalen Gilstrap: I went to trade in my phone at T Mobile… turns out there was a micro crack in the bottom corner of the screen which required replacement in order to trade in the phone. I literally called Hook It Up and asked if they would be available and she gave me a timeline that she could have it done within a few hours. I drove five minutes over to their place dropped off the phone and it was done and ready within 20 minutes. Couldn’t be more happy and it saved me a lot of driving an extra trips in having to come back to trade my phone in. Couldn’t be more thankful, thank you guys.
