Instead of addressing the concern, the stylist blamed my partner for not stopping earlier, which makes no sense. Extremely disappointing customer service—no professionalism or basic courtesy in handling customer concerns.

1 /5 payel goswami: I used to be a regular here for my threading and for few other services at an interval. I came here mostly because it was nearby my place and services were okay. But during the last visit, the person threading cut me twice and then when I stopped and asked for some time before doing it again so that I can put cotton on the blood, she got mad saying okay call me once you r done as we r busy today. The fact that after the service being horrible , the attitude of the staff was that bad made me never go back to that place again.

While I found Brenda to be very sweet and friendly, I was disappointed with the overall process and the final result of my haircut. Typically, I expect a haircut to start with prepping the hair, even if shampooing isnt necessary. Unfortunately, this step was skipped, which affected the overall quality of the haircut. As a result, I wasnt satisfied with the final look. I hope this feedback can help improve the services provided. Brenda was kind and attentive, but incorporating proper preparation steps could greatly enhance the client experience and satisfaction.
