1 /5 John Castle: 2 days ago we arrived early for the appt for our 2 kids. 45 min past the appt time still waiting. We has other appts so we made another appt for 2 days later. Again, we arrived early, long wait, & not seen by professional until 30 min past appt time. When the professional finally came in, he didn’t introduce himself so that’s why I speak of him as the “professional” — no name badge visible. He ignored me (the dad) & spoke while facing his computer screen. He was wearing a mask & I had to remind him twice to remove the mask since I have a hearing loss & must see his lips. He disappeared along the way & an administrator came to “sell” us on the treatment. We come to Rodeo since few in Midland accept our very good federal insurance. If we had more choices we’d go elsewhere. A great many of the patients that come here are on aid, & therefore they apparently feel they must speak “down” to the parents.
