5 /5 Sheridan Fields: I recently started going to Dr. Huckabay and let me just say, they are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel welcome, all of the hygienist are so sweet and kind. They have done a wonderful job. I had to get a deep cleaning done and I could not be more impressed. Dr. Huckabay made sure I was comfortable while numbing me along with his hygienist being very careful and gentle after getting me numb to do my cleaning and making sure I wasn’t in pain. I would most definitely recommend! Along with all of this, with us being in the middle of Covid 19, they are taking full precautions to make sure to keep all patients from ever having to be in contact with anyone other than the hygienist and the Dr. They are outstanding!

I just happen to be going down a list of dentist that my insurance approved and this one was able to get me in very quick and they explained everything in detail and were very gentle. My hygienist Jamie was amazing and took her time and The receptionist was very personable and very professional and made me feel at home.

Wose B.: Dr. Courter and his staff are skilled, kind, helpful, cafeful, and just overall wonderful. They are fantastic professionals. I have dental fears and they worked with me and never made me feel bad about my fears. They saw me for a broken tooth and carefully explained all my options. The office has nitrous oxide available, too, which is very helpful if you tend to gag. No one likes going to the dentist, but this dental office makes it bearable!

Mackenzie Hobbs: The staff was nice but I gave my insurance to the person that I scheduled the appointment with and then again to the person who called to verify my appointment both times they made sure to say that my insurance would get verified and ran before I showed up to the appointment and it was not upon arrival. They said they had to run my insurance. I said it should’ve already been done and they apologized and said that it was not so we waited 20 minutes for that before they called us to the back after I had complained that we were still waiting to be seen once in the back, we waited over an hour and still did not get seen. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said no. No one even checked on us while we were waiting in the room.

Eric Staib: They got me in a week and a half after I called, then I got my cavity filled later the same week. Pretty affordable despite not being in-network. All the staff was very nice too. They also do Oral cancer screenings which is good because with all the dipping and HPV out here in the oilfield, we have a problem with that in the Basin. It doesnt have to be fatal if you catch it early!!!

They were most accommodating and understanding when I showed up embarrassingly late to my appointment but they were so sweet and still saw me! I have a ridiculous fear of dentist but Dr. Poe was so sweet and thorough in my examination and gave me a plan as to what I need to have done. He made me feel comfortable and eased my irrational fear. Even though I live in Austin, he will be my dentist from here on out.
