West Texas Pediatric Dentistry - Midland (TX)

2 /5 Mackenzie Hobbs: The staff was nice but I gave my insurance to the person that I scheduled the appointment with and then again to the person who called to verify my appointment both times they made sure to say that my insurance would get verified and ran before I showed up to the appointment and it was not upon arrival. They said they had to run my insurance. I said it should’ve already been done and they apologized and said that it was not so we waited 20 minutes for that before they called us to the back after I had complained that we were still waiting to be seen once in the back, we waited over an hour and still did not get seen. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said no. No one even checked on us while we were waiting in the room.

5 /5 Kaylie Kaczyk: Ethan at front desk is the kindest and most helpful receptionist I have ever met! He does not make you feel like a bother and goes out of his way to make sure you are treated kind.

2 /5 Caroline McCrary: My kiddos came for a cleaning/check up recently for the first time after moving from elsewhere. I saw the great reviews and had high expectations. While the staff was very friendly, that was where my good impression ended. We were left waiting for a very long time to finally be seen, and when we were finally seen my son unfortunately had a cavity that they noted. To which the dentist recommended filling it while my 2 year old was awake and unsedated, opting simply to restrain him during the procedure. I was kind of horrified someone would even suggest such a thing so I just kind of nodded along, made the appointment, and hurried out. Needless to say, we will be cancelling that appointment and getting a second opinion as I find the idea of putting a 2 year old through such a thing to be cruel and needlessly traumatizing. Overall, the staff was kind and seemed knowledgeable, but recommendations didn’t seem on par with a pediatric population and wait time was excessive.

5 /5 Heather Jarmon: We are a traveling family and only in the state of Texas for work. Appointment made online so easy. Upon arriving office was very clean, staff was pilot and understanding and very helpful. Dentist was amazing. She took the time to explain in detail issues and what it would take to resolve. Treatment was provided fast and effective.

5 /5 S L: Glad my kids are patients here. The staff and Dr. Ana are always friendly and answer every question that comes up. Also, it is a plus they offer Myofunctional Therapy. I have never heard of this type of therapy until my kids started to come here.
