2 /5 Mackenzie Hobbs: The staff was nice but I gave my insurance to the person that I scheduled the appointment with and then again to the person who called to verify my appointment both times they made sure to say that my insurance would get verified and ran before I showed up to the appointment and it was not upon arrival. They said they had to run my insurance. I said it should’ve already been done and they apologized and said that it was not so we waited 20 minutes for that before they called us to the back after I had complained that we were still waiting to be seen once in the back, we waited over an hour and still did not get seen. They asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I said no. No one even checked on us while we were waiting in the room.
