Joy Barrera Went to Midkiff location. Very knowledgeable dentist. Friendly staff but they don’t know how to schedule properly. First appointment waited 20 to be called back. Second appointment waited 40 minutes before I saw the dentist for my filling. They also want up front payment BEFORE services given. I thought that was different.

Diane Lopez 10/10!! The front office staff was amazing and professional. The dentist was fantastic, Bart the hygienist had a great attitude and you can truly see the care he has for his clients. I will be making a follow up appointment in six months.I have already referred my husband and will continue referring my friends and family, definitely the place to go here in Midland!

Gary Landis I had an emergency tooth pain all week end Monday I called two dental clinics I have had procedures preformed. Both told me we are full today and can’t see you. I called Bliss dental and the young lady scheduled me an appointment two hours later. Saw Dr and he scheduled an extraction appointment three hours later Every one in the clinic went far beyond what I needed to get relief from pain. Midland is Lucky to have them.

Tracy Parker Staff as well as the Dentist was very pleasant and patient. I had my friend with me she has slight dementia and I mentioned it to the front desk, she shared it with the assistant and the visit was very pleasant. I feel as though they went above their normal duties. My extraction caused them to go into their lunch hour and no one appeared to be upset or in a hurry to finish up with us which was very pleasing I would definitely recommend this particular location

Marricarr Morris It’s been a few years since my last visit but I am so happy I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours! From the moment the Ladies answered the call, getting my insurance information and scheduled my appointment, it was handled professionally, quickly, smoothly and most importantly kindly. My questions were answered patiently and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Once there, the greeting was pleasant and my wait time was short. The Dental Assistant was great with the explanation of my X-ray, what all needed to be done as well as the after care. The Dentist was absolutely amazing! Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he went over my X-rays thoroughly with me and answered as well as addressed all of my concerns. Since I mentioned having vertigo, he was able to accommodate me and extract my tooth but allowed the extra time to be sure I was ok before driving. What an All Star Team!!!! For one of my least favorite places to visit but absolutely necessary places to go, I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!

Elizabeth Holden The staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can not express how sweet, helpful, accommodating, professional and caring the entire staff are. I went with my 4 children. We live 2.5 hours away. Not only did they get us all scheduled in the same day but they were able to squeeze in the recommended treatments for 2 of my children and myself. Living out of town and trying to get off of work during the week is difficult. Them helping to get us taken care of was such a blessing. I didnt have to reschedule, make multiple trips and miss multiple days of work. My children do not have to miss multiple days of school. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in this area.

Raising Arrows 3 of my boys have received their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Boren, my oldest had his from 2022-2023 and my second to oldest had his from 2023-2024. This past month we put our 10 year old in braces and during all this time, Dr. Boren and his staff have always been extremely nice and welcoming. He and his staff make a point to greet everyone, and Ive never had a bad experience in his office. This past Christmas break, my 10 year old had a wire bothering him, and a staff member met us on a Saturday morning just to make sure he didnt need a wire clipped, which he did and she took care of it right away. The quality and care Dr. Boren and his staff provide for each of his patients is superior. The staff at the front desk is also very helpful and polite. Rescheduling and scheduling appointments for my children is always easy as they are very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Boren to all my family and friends.

I was scheduled for an appointment that was a week away, but was able to get in sooner due to being on their cancellation list. This was greatly appreciated as I had a lot of tooth pain. The doctor was very prompt and the procedure took less than an hour. The staff was very informative and explained everything to me in terms of what my treatment was going to be and the cost. I highly recommend West Texas Endodontics!

John Castle 2 days ago we arrived early for the appt for our 2 kids. 45 min past the appt time still waiting. We has other appts so we made another appt for 2 days later. Again, we arrived early, long wait, & not seen by professional until 30 min past appt time. When the professional finally came in, he didn’t introduce himself so that’s why I speak of him as the “professional” — no name badge visible. He ignored me (the dad) & spoke while facing his computer screen. He was wearing a mask & I had to remind him twice to remove the mask since I have a hearing loss & must see his lips. He disappeared along the way & an administrator came to “sell” us on the treatment. We come to Rodeo since few in Midland accept our very good federal insurance. If we had more choices we’d go elsewhere. A great many of the patients that come here are on aid, & therefore they apparently feel they must speak “down” to the parents.

jose Dallana and Dr. D took care of my son last week and he couldn’t stop talking about how great his visit was. The assistant Dallana who attended him was sweet, gentle and informative. She went over the importance of brushing his teeth and showed him how to properly take care of his braces. And was checking up on him constantly making sure he was okay. She made conversations with my son throughout the service and made him feel comfortable and heard. We hope to get attended by her next time again.

Daisy Reyes 0/10 do not recommend. This place definitely has to work on scheduling appointments. And bettering their customer service at the front desk. My son has an appointment today at 10:10 am and we got there at 9:50 am. 30 min passed by and everyone that has gotten there after us had passed to the back already and we were the only ones waiting. I went up to the receptionist and asked if there was a reason why my son hadn’t been called and other patients that had gotten there way after had been called already, she said they were waiting for a room to get open. (Makes no sense) then I said well then why would they call other people ahead of us and she responded with “they’re getting x-rays” still making no sense. And the worst part was she gave attitude and ugly looks, wasn’t nice at all. After a whole hour of us waiting we still never got called so I decided to cancel his appointment and attend another dentist office. I’m definitely not happy at all with this place or their costumer service at the front desk. They need to fix their attitudes before they start getting a bad reputation.

Theres a sign saying that they are understaffed so have patience, understandable. Why not spread out the appts so that the hygienist/dentist are not overbooked and patients would not have to wait for long periods of time

It had me wondering whether other aspects of hygiene and sanitization were lacking as well. While the staff was very friendly, that was where my good impression ended. We were left waiting for a very long time to finally be seen, and when we were finally seen my son unfortunately had a cavity that they noted. To which the dentist recommended filling it while my 2 year old was awake and unsedated, opting simply to restrain him during the procedure. I was kind of horrified someone would even suggest such a thing so I just kind of nodded along, made the appointment, and hurried out. Needless to say, we will be cancelling that appointment and getting a second opinion as I find the idea of putting a 2 year old through such a thing to be cruel and needlessly traumatizing. Overall, the staff was kind and seemed knowledgeable, but recommendations didn’t seem on par with a pediatric population and wait time was excessive.
