A basic polish for nails and toes took 4 hours! The manager was not helpful they redid the nails but painted over them! & and we all know they get to talking shit in their language. Their nails looked like they painted them their seven year old selves.. I couldve did their nails and feet and it wouldve look better then this. So I asked the manager for discount because I was still not satisfied with their work. She tells me she cant because Julia the receptionist is gone! Then I watched her call Julia because another customer was having a price discrepancy so she called Julia at that moment for that! I just laughed I would never be back! Drinks were not all that at all! Save ya time and find somewhere else. -1/10 do not recommend! Julia was great though! Real talk she was the best part of the visit! Thanks Julia

Erin Johnson: I’ve been living in Dallas five years and didn’t even realize this shop was there cause it’s hidden behind a Starbucks. I’ve been going to Shine that’s further up in the parking lot. Shine sent me here because a large party was coming and Beauty Times is the same owner. I loved my experience at Beauty Times very much. My tech was gentle with the nail drill when I told her my nails are sensitive. She did such a fabulous job that I’ll be visiting them again! So wonderful to have two shops as options. The owner does a great job maintaining both!

Just Curious Channah Haynie: Extremely impolite individuals They made me wait for two hours, then finally placed me at station 5 for an additional hour without providing any water. When I requested water so that I could soak my feet, the guy took 20 minutes to bring lukewarm water without any minerals. I politely asked if they could add something to soften my feet, but after 20 minutes of waiting, the woman at station 4 said she was not comfortable doing my nails. I calmly inquired why, but she simply replied that she wasnt comfortable. After waiting for 3 hours, I received no service, and I believe it was because the person in the video at the front desk didnt like me since I had told her she couldnt do my nails two months ago. The experience was terrible, and I expressed my dissatisfaction in a polite manner. However, they will waste your time and become defensive when you ask for the service you are paying for.

Kimberly Kim: Horrible customer service very unprofessional we came in today and the “owner” greeted us and sat us down we asked for pricing she gave us different pricing we then sat down and got a final price of 65 for French nails we agreed after that she says 5 dollars more for French we said ok then after that no 10 dollars more for French we then said ok once again then after she mumbles something to a worker and they started speaking in there language and then proceeds to look at me and says I forgot it’s 25 dollars more for French because I have to draw them so she changed the price 3-4 times while we were there finally we said no and thank u and walked out I then went back and she greeted me again I asked for the owner and she laughed saying she was the owner and that if I don’t like her prices I could leave I’ll attach a picture of her so u know who it is and to the owner it’s not the price that we were upset about it’s the fact that u saw a dollar sign on us and kept raising the price every 5 minutes if that’s how u handle business I’m sorry to say you won’t last long and just fyi since I can’t complaint to a higher up and u think u can treat people that was because your the owner I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting you and your business I believe pricing should be the same for everyone so that being said thank u so much
