5 /5 Bobbie Washburn: I’ve been coming to Iris Nails for about two years, and I’m always impressed by the quality of service. Van, the manager is friendly, professional, and skilled, making sure every visit is relaxing and enjoyable. The salon is always clean, well-maintained, and has a great selection of colors and designs. My pedicures always turn out flawless, thanks to Kimmie. She takes time to ensure perfection and never rushes through my appointments. Plus, the atmosphere is welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind and have some wine.

3 /5 Jodi Potter: After looking at reviews I thought this would be a good place to try and make my new home as the last place I used to go to gave me a fungus. I did the right thing as any customer who has this type of issue should and made sure it was cleared up and waited to get another (a whole year!). I walked in and expressed this and said it was ok to tell me I wasnt ready yet. But the lady said I was good to go and I was ECSTATIC to say the least. I chose my colors and was sat down. Everything was great until the end when it came time for colors/designs. As soon as I showed the lady the picture of what I was wanting, she immediately shook her head and said no. So I then really quickly found something else that I thought she would be able to do and she didnt understand. We called over someone and they translated and she said no to that also. The first design was a tiny bit complicated but the second was simple. Just a simple cascading effect of glitter polish over the dominant color. Once I was told no to both my asks, my whole experience was ruined. I just wanted to get out of there. Then I get home, finally look at them and its just horrible. I know I went in with jacked up toes from regrowing toenails for a year, but that doesnt excuse the poor work done. When I got home I noticed I still had a lot of dry skin on my toes that was not removed which is what I ultimately paid for. A pedicure is to have my feet scrubbed, scraped and clipped. In hindsight, looking at the reviews maybe they are really good when it comes to actual nails as that is what most of the reviews actually consist of. But I definitely would say steer clear of them if you want a pedicure. Because as you can clearly see in the pictures, its not even a good paint job on this simple, standard polish job. Update: I called on Monday, I expressed these sentiments and asked for a redo or a refund if it couldnt be redone. We scheduled the redo for the next day. Their front desk manager made sure to show the tech the issues before soaking my feet. This time came out much better as we all kept an eye on the process and made sure I was happy enough with the result. I am appreciative of them acknowledging and fixing the issue very much as that is hard to come by these days. I just wish their nail techs could do nail art because I would have guaranteed I would be back but who wants plain polish jobs every time they get a pedicure.

They treat every customer like family and know everyone’s names, which is unlike any other nail salon I’ve previously gone to. I trust every employee here to give me high quality work. This is one of those places, where any bad review is obviously THAT person’s problem and not the business’s. I highly recommend them to all my friends, family, coworkers, and clients!!

The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and inviting. The staff paid attention to every detail, and I left with exactly what I wanted. Ill definitely be back and highly recommend Van and her wonderful team.
