1 /5 Judy Irvin: Dr Lo is a wonderful Dr and surgeon. He was my husbands physician/surgeon for several years and we would highly recommend his service. I was in need of a Dr with his skills about one month ago, so I called his office. I asked to make an appt, was transferred me to someone, who took my info, said they would call me back with a time and date, then hung up. A red flag popped for me, but I waited for the call. Needless to say, Im still waiting! The next day I called an Orthopedic office in Lufkin, was given a walk in appt, have been treated, am now on my way to recovery. Dr Los office staff needs to be removed and replaced with some real office workers that know how to deal with the public and the phones. Dr Lo, please take inventory of your staff!! You are too good of a Dr/Surgeon to have your reputation destroyed by your unskilled staff!!!
