Andrew Mark I brought my car here after having some power train and transmission issues. While they dont do a whole lot of transmission work here they were able to help me out a bit to try and fix it, and although my car persisted with the same symptoms after pick up I was pointed in the right direction on what to do next. These guys have great communication, professionalism and customer service here. Highly recommended compared to the other shops Ive been to in Lewisville.

Darryn Cheek After an unforseen issue arose with a newly purchased Jeep 310 Automotive which was recommended to me by someone I trust agreed to take a look at the vehicle free of charge. The professional and concern displayed by Damon and Isaac was second to known. They reviewed my Jeep over a two day period and answered any questions and concerns I had regarding the issue. I highly recommend this place of business.

Ricky strickland I had a spoiler installed on my car at Reserve Customs and Service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was clear and professional. They actually ended up charging less than the original estimate. The work was done efficiently and the spoiler looks perfect— clean install with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Johnny Mack Had a sticker glue residue on the interior of my windshield and tried to remove it myself. In the process of removing the residue it spread across the entire windshield leaving it almost unseeable out of. I found reserve online and was able to book an appointment for a car detailing that very next day. Not only did they remove the entire residue from the windshield, but they detailed the interior exterior of my car very well. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

Morgan Simms I had a terrible experience with Roberts Automotive. I paid over $4,000 for an engine replacement that was never completed. After picking up the car, the same problems persisted — and now the transmission is out as well. I brought the vehicle back multiple times trying to get them to make it right. On the third visit, when I calmly asked for the repair to be done properly, they threatened to call the police on me — as if I was in the wrong for asking for what I paid for. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I feel scammed, and now I’m left with a car in worse condition and thousands of dollars gone. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your money.

Rose Wolfe I hadn’t had my car serviced in over a year because it sat in the garage most of the time. I am a widow and didn’t know what all to do to keep my car in good running order, so I asked Ray and his staff at Kwik Kar Vista Ridge to advise me on what needed to be done. They went over my whole car, changed the oil and a couple of other needed maintenance items that needed attention, and then gave me a plan of action to keep my car in tip top shape. Now my car runs good, and I feel good because I have someone who cares and I can trust to help me take care of my car!

Sarah Zeenberg If I could give them a million stars I would. They are HONEST, and we all know how rare that is these days. I’ve never had them try to upsell me unnecessary services. I brought my car in and within 30 minutes they had diagnosed the issue, and suggested I take it into a dealership to get it repaired for free. On a separate occasion, I’ve had them double check a $1200 service that a dealership recommended, and Kwik Kar confirmed it wasn’t leaking like I was told. Yes, they are busy, but this is why. I’ve never had them take more than 4 hours for an oil change (drop off), which is more than I can say for any dealership in the area. Love the Kwik Kar team. Thanks gentlemen.

Luke Larochelle These guys are great. I just needed an inspection and they got me turned around in 20 minutes even though they looked plenty busy. Had a complimentary snack and a coffee while I waited, and got to listen to Welcome to the Machine by Pink Floyd on their old school radio. Even got a hand written letter in the mail thanking me. I do almost all my own work on my cars but I’ll definitely be thinking of, or recommending Lorentz if I need anything.

Ray Ray Lorentz auto sure did take care of me this past week!! Got my car in and it was a quick turn around for my little Kia soul! Shane listened to my woman mumble about my car and Frank got it done! Also the guy let me have the rest of the cookies on a Friday that was the cherry on top! If you want a super thorough inspection of your vehicle they will get it done! I’m very happy and thankful to have my car back! Also they ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE and they have a text service as well. Extremely happy is an understatement. Take your car to this local spot…. LORENTZ AUTO is it!

Kat I had been searching for a place to get my new BRZ checked out and get an oil change, and was recommended this shop from other Subaru owners. They were very professional, quick, and courteous. Their pricing is great too. Their waiting room was cool and comfy, and I was in and out in an hour. This is a great place, especially for Subaru owners! It was awesome to pull in and see so many in the parking lot, so I knew I was in capable hands. I highly recommend, and will be back!

Ebony Love This is the best place to get your serviced! They make getting work done on your car simple. Every time I’ve gone, I have been greeted with a smile and they carefully listen as I try to explain what is going on with my car. They are always patient when I ask a thousand questions and explain step by step what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. They are fast and their waiting room is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend!

Tom Ye 400% Markup price for an oil pressure sensor?! Plus a $109 labor charge on top of that?! If AutoZone can price it at $46.99, there is no freaking way they got the part for $191.92 from their supplier warehouse. I am not sure who is getting scammed here. I also tried to get a quote from other auto shops around the area. All of them are priced between $140 - 150 for the total cost. Called the owner about that issue, and scheduled a meetup in the shop the next day. He didnt even bother to show up or call me back. What a waste of time. I will never go back there again.

Not only on the car, but they even provided me a desk so that I could work while I waited for the service to be completed .I was in an out in less that 2 hours and as usual they provided me with next steps in my car maintenance plan for proactive maintenance.I like their approach of preventative and predictive maintenance which in turn prevents costly reactive repairs. I have never stepped into the dealership since I started taking my car to them, and I have had 20,000 miles of reliable driving miles since working with them . David Rounds I have been taking all our Toyotas to Mayo Automotive for past 4 years and they are best shop with very fair prices and honest service. I just took my daughter’s 2014 FJ for a major maintenance service and they quoted over $5,600. To change oils, fluids and filters and brakes! I took the FJ to Mayo and it was a 1/4 of the price for what I think is better service and they use The same genuine Toyota parts. Best Toyota and Lexus shop in DFW area! Thanks to Ahmad!

Bug We will only take all three of our vehicles here! Most recently with our 92 Ford Bronco being the age of the vehicle you really need to trust a shop and the people in it to handle her with care! They have been very thorough with their work and have walked me through every single step to make sure I was in the know. No surprises and on top of that they were extremely friendly along the way. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Rico Brought in my 2015 Audi Q5 for a coolant flush. However, turns out it just needed a top off. I spoke with Tony regarding the service life of the vehicle. I had known the Q5 was leaking oil, but he quickly identified the source. We also went over common issues with this model after 100k miles and he recommended I bring it in for a diagnostic scan. Its always relieving to speak to an honest shop that will guide you on making the right decisions for your vehicle instead of selling you everything under the sun. I will update this post after the diagnostic scan.
