    Kelly Burkhalter: call them because they were preferred by my warranty company I told them everything upfront they said bring it in we will diagnose it get with the warranty company and go from there turned out to be something my warranty company would not cover(but that is another story) we went to get the car and they said we owe $100 diagnostic fee I had asked all this upfront they never said anything about it so, my thoughts tell someone upfront if it is not covered then you have to pay it. But it being a preferred shop the warranty company sent me to it should have been covered Drivers Edge should make it clear****** After this review the the Company called me and explained how the person I talked to was new and how it should have been told up front. so he made it right
