3 /5 LynEll Richter: This review is not for the actual office but the "new and improved" call center for making appointments. Call centers should never be used for trying to get patients the care they need. First call into the new system, took 16 minutes 32 seconds and the operator booked me with a doctor at a location I have never been to for a post op appointment. As far as I knew, until Booneville called to ask why I was going to 29th location, I was going to my doctor for a knee injury after a fall. Got that straightened out. Yesterday, I was trying to reach the practice about a referral to a cardiologist, and after verifying name, date of birth, address and phone number, the operator called me by the wrong name, referred to the wrong doctor. Maybe she couldnt hear for the screaming kids in the background. I would much rather be able to call the location I want to go to, leave a number and receive a call back then to waste the time getting an incorrect appointment and having to spend the time correcting it, as Im sure the staff would...
