5 /5 Travis Tekell: Dr Jones has been my doctor for over 18 years. He is the kindest and most patient doctor I have ever met. He has been so knowledgeable and taken the time to explain things to me. He spends a lot of time with you getting to know you and learn about how he can help you. I have never felt rushed in his office like I have with other doctors. He is warm and friendly and his staff have always been very friendly. If you are looking for a primary care doctor for the entire family Dr Jones is awesome!

5 /5 Danielle Henderson: I love Dr Jones and his staff .I know he’s busy a lot but when he does have an appointment with you he does take his time .I don’t know what all the negative ratings are for because I’ve had a great experience even with the nurses and the girls upfront. The new Physician’s assistant ( black woman) don’t remember her name right off is very caring. She’s honest and upfront. If she tells you something is not good for the body, she backs it up with a explanation. And she believes in lab work.

3 /5 Kenzie Crabtree: Dr. Jones has been our family Doctor for 20+ years. I think Dr. Jones is a phenomenal doctor but the way the practice has been run has progressively declined. The communication between the nurses and Dr. Jones is horrific. There needs to be improvement there. Also I feel like recently Dr.Jones come into the room with tons of other things on his mind, granted I know he’s a busy man but when you enter a room with your patient, it’s essential for your patient to be seen, heard and valued and that’s something I haven’t felt lately. I want him to hear my concerns and be able to discuss treatment options without being thrown a prescription. Again, I understand Dr.Jones has been a doctor for many years and is extremely knowledgeable on many things but I feel like he could do a better job at talking through and discussing more in detail as to why he recommends one treatment option over another and the facts behind it. Overall Dr. Jones is a great man and doctor.

5 /5 Trela Owens: Best in town! Dr Jones and his Nurse Practitioner Kelle Harper are hands down the best in town! Kelle (known as Nana to me) has been my close friend and provider for 15 years from working together at another practice to being my provider I follow her wherever she practices! Not only is she compassionate she truly cares about you and your health! She has a good heart and I trust her with my care! I highly recommend Kelle and Dr Jones! Oh I forgot to mention their both God fearing people which makes them even more special!

Dawn Gomez: Doctor Steins was not surgeons for my surgery. My doctor left the network and I went to him a year ago and really liked him. This 2nd visit I was not happy with his treatment of me. He had 2 interns with him which I had no problem with. I waited an hour before I saw him. Then he came in looked at me and said you must not be my patient I don’t recognize you and I said no I was another patient to said doctor. He was not as good as the 1st time I saw him. Then he looked at my scars and than told me I was a big girl I was so embarrassed. That was the second Time that he use that exact same word to me, I’ve lost 100 pounds I’m 40 pounds from my weight which my surgery was in 2021. I did tell him my primary had me and omzpic in that, I’ve been doing 1200 cal gym everything and basically had nothing for me other than I needed to see his nurse practitioner primary. So that will be my first and last time I go back to see him. I don’t think I’ve ever been more embarrassed to be called a fat big girl in your bariatrics that is ridiculous. I hope he Doesn’t all his patients like that or maybe it’s just the ones that didn’t have surgery with him. I was truly disappointed because I really liked him the first time I met him a year and so ago.

Karen Stokes: Dr. Alikhan listened carefully to my symptoms. Upon examination she observed that I had slight curvature of the spine in the area close to my pain and could be causing my pain. She has ordered 2 different tests. In the meantime she ordered a round of medication that has greatly relieved the nagging pain. She also appreciated the former doctor’s concerns and added this approach to cover the problem.

Casey Jewell: My wife and I contacted Haven birth and wellness after a friend of ours recommended them. We had an at home birth. All of our interactions with Ashley, Ruthie, and Brianna were great. The entire experience was great. They were always friendly, prompt, and helpful. They also never pushed back on any of our personal decisions, even when we had an opinion that they did not fully agree with they did not push back at all and willingly helped and supported us. We had Ashley and Ruthie for the actually birth and they were calm, compassionate, patient, professional, and thorough. We would recommend them and consider them for future births.
