    Alyssa Robinson: They were so rude to my sister and I . Had it not been for the gift certificates we received for Christmas we would have never gone there . My sister wanted a blue dip powder on fake nails , they said they can’t do that on fake nails . (She has previously had dip powder on fake nails many times) . They were just too lazy to do it . And after settling on a shellac color they said they couldn’t give her a refill after they told her they could just take off the previous color , refill, and start the shellac . They started taking off her color and decided the color was too thick . And they couldn’t give her what she wanted. They ruined her nails that she had and just painted over them with a clear coat after me telling them we were leaving . And I paid $45 for one layer of dip powder on my real nail & they look terrible. RUDE employees, terrible selection . Will never be back .

    ashleigh sarkaria: This is my second time to have a manicure and pedicure at Onyx. Its very close to my house- So, I really wanted to give them another chance. The staff is friendly and they have a lot of service options and colors. However, this is the second time my finger nail polish has chipped and peeled right off on the first day. My first visit- the polish peeled right off- like it was a sticker within hours of leaving. Today, I went in around 10:30 am, and by the evening my nails had chipped so bad that Ill have to remove the polish completely. Im not sure if this is a quality issue with the polish they use or the application technique. Both times I didnt receive a base coat. Im not hard on my nails- I was extra careful this time. I dont expect regular polish to last longer than a few days- but not even a full day is problematic. My pedicure lasted the standard time for my last pedicure. So far, the polish on my toes looks fine. I just cant recommend manicures- and after this experience- I wont be returning.     Kimberly Salmeron: Edit after owner response* I did not receive acrylics, I received shellac on my real nails. 2 weeks after my service at N&D nails(I went ahead and attached more pictures with dates) I went to a different nail salon and they showed me the green spot beginning to form. They said that water mustve gotten under the bubbles or the previous place mustve used unsanitary tools. The current picture is whats growing out now. So no, I did not wait over 3 weeks to get my "acrylics" maintained. I appreciate the apology though and hope yall dont let this happen to anyone else. Went twice. First time was great. Second time I kept telling the lady that the shellac was full of bubbles so to please fix it and she kept ignoring me. Now I have a bacterial infection. I most likely will not be back. Im sure their other techs are great and that things like this surely dont happen often but I just wanted to share my experience. Never have I ever had something like this happen before after getting my nails done.

    A H: I’ve been to this salon a few times. It’s always a good experience. Today, Sienna did my nails. She did a phenomenal job! She listened to my concerns and made sure my nails were just as I desired. She provided education to help me make the best decision. I love my natural nails posh and pretty.

    Araceli Perez: I had seen a while ago that this salon was getting opened a while ago. So I called on a Saturday to see if they had availability for a walk in because most salons I’ve been to before have a long wait time on the weekend, but they said yes that they had availability. I had never been before and it was my first time and oh my gosh it was amazing! The salon is very clean and new, it was a luxurious experience. They offer you a drink menu when you come in and it said on the form that 2 drinks are free. The pedicure chairs had a pad on it where you could lay your phone down and it’d get charged. Annie did my polish change and she made sure I liked the shape the color and she took her time, she was very kind. I will definitely be coming back!

    Juarez Marcela (Marcee): If I could give more than five star, I would! I drive 45 minutes to go do my nails here, and it’s worth it every time! You can tell that they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work and customer service! Especially Peter. He is very good! Recommend this place 10/10

    Marlies Arevalo: Been coming here for years and love the way Tony does my nails and Mimi is great for my pedicures. If you like the thin look for dip or acrylic, Tony does the best job. He is also so creative with design on your nails.
