Taylor Blackwell They did such an amazing job! I was so impressed and so happy when I left. They were so nice and courteous too. I will never go anywhere else from now on. I had such a rough day and they were so kind to me. All I did was show them a picture of what I wanted and they did exactly that! 10/10 recommend!!

Sophie Walters I loved my nails!! It’s definitely a trust the process at first but my final result came out so good!! I will definitely be coming back here again!! They also offer you water which is really nice!! They also give you a free lotion on your birthday, which happens today to be my birthday and it smelt so good! I love this place!!

Lindsey If Im paying $55 for dip, or any service for that matter, I expect my nails to be pretty close to, if not perfect, when theyre done. That wasnt the case on this specific visit, and I ended up refiling all of them myself when I got home. Im not sure which nail tech I had, she took her time and was nice, but her work left me with uneven filed nails, various nail lengths, and uneven smoothing of the dip itself which makes some of them appear swirled with the color. Im not writing this place off, but Ill make sure I wont be going to this tech again. Nothing against her, I just expect more for what Im paying. They are quick to get you in, which I really like.

Monica Yarborough Ive gotten regular pedicures for the past 10-15 years. This was possibly the BEST pedicure that I have ever gotten. In town for a month and wanted one before heading home. Even adding a brow wax and tip, I still walked out for less than I normally pay for a pedicure alone. If I was in town longer, I would definitely return!

Melissa Ramirez Went in for a pedicure and wanted to get acrylic done on my toe nails because that’s what I like and I was automatically told no to just keep my natural nails and continued with pedicure, yeah price was reasonable because it felt like such a rushed pedicure and no time put into my feet! I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed at all im new in town and just trying to find a good spot for a nice acrylic pedicure.

Jessica Scott I was beyond thankful for the level of care and attention I received! I recently got engaged and hated my nail set that I had on and was just so embarrassed to show my ring to anyone. Well Kim fixed that right up!! Not only are my nails absolutely beautiful, but she was even kind enough to take my first picture of my new ring and nails! Kim was very fast, thorough, and nice to talk to! Thank you SO MUCH Kim! I will be back from now on for sure! *Also! My fingers have been broken before so my nails never look straight! Kim worked on making them look better! Iv never had a nail tech try to work with me on that! LOVED IT!!!

Angela Barry Ive been looking for someone to do chrome dip, not too thick. And I dont like square nails on me. My job breaks my natural nail, I like shorter, round, but not too thick, dipped nail to protect them during work. I finally got someone to do them exactly how I asked! And Vi was so sweet too. They turned out beautiful.

Annelisa Kately Update : I was diagnosed with contact dermatitis. I really hate to make this review because the women there are absolutely wonderful, but I have no choice. September 19th I went in to have a “spa” day with my fiancé. I received a hot stone pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. I’m not sure if it was just me personally, the products used, or something not cleaned properly but I ended up having a reaction to my nails. (Mind you, I have gotten my nails done several times before and had no problem until coming here.) An hour after I left my fingers started breaking out in small red bumps. The next day my cuticles were inflamed, red, and itchy. I ended up having to soak the nails off which helped the problem only slightly. It is now October 11th and the skin on my finger tips/around my nail bed is peeling very badly and I have no idea what to do now.

Sanya Mitrovic Horrible service! I came in and asked just for a fill. She filed my nails and did a take off for 40 min (!) and then when I picked the color, she brought completely different one! I Told her it’s not the same, she just pointed to the number. I said “Okay, but it’s not the same!”, to which she replied: “Well, I don’t know about that color then” OMG, not even trying to please me, no customer service, no politeness, no business here!! She let me go with these nails, without even trying to do her job! She charged me $20 for this! I mean, just a horrible, unpleasant, unnecessary experience!!

Erica Pomykal I’m a regular customer here and they never offer less than exceptional services. I always get a great pedicure in a very relaxing environment. The salon is clean and I love the music they play. I usually don’t have to wait, but when I do, it’s usually not long. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Maria Higuera The lady who did my pedi was awesome, but the lady who did my mani with gel rushed through the whole thing.. as you can see some of the mail product is on my skin… unlike the lady who did my pedi she did it very well and carefully.. I’m not going back tho.

Lune s Got my nails done here and went with a very simple design. The man (I never did catch his name sorry) who did my nails was really sweet. He made sure to file the old ones down well, using the soaking process which I always love to see since I have weak nails. They look pretty good, a couple very tiny spots here and there if you stare long enough but in not that overly picky lol. He made sure he didnt hurt me multiple times when he wasnt sure, he was nice and talked to me and we had good conversation. Overall they were really great.

Dagoberto J Rodriguez Came to V Y Nails, a referral from one of the girls at sports clips and wasn’t disappointed. They were a little busy but not to busy to attend to me and got me seated quickly. I ended up getting the lavender pedicure and it sure felt good, getting pampered sure does feel nice. The only thing I don’t like it the strong smell of nail polish and nail hardeners, it makes it difficult to breathe and get use too. I wish there was some kind of law where they had to have some kind of ventilation.

Cassie Marini #1 nail salon in Wichita Falls!! I’ve tried a few different places around town, but Mindy’s is the best. Clean, affordable, friendly staff, and my nails look amazing! They have a few good nail techs, but Ann is my go-to, always does a great job! Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service.

Nicole Cameron This is my second time coming here and both times have been a great experience! I brought my 2 year old son both times and they were extremely nice and accommodating! They brought him a drink, gave him some snacks, and talked to him. All while doing a great job on my pedicure. This place is definitely my go to now!

My nails were so thin near the cuticles you cannot tell my nails are fake, I even opted for French manicure because I didnt want to cover them up the first time I went. You may have to wait a bit and it may not be the prettiest place but they are nice and take pride in their work

Madelyn Prouty I went in and asked for a basic full set, their sign said $40… the guy who did was nails used the cuticle clippers (that were used to clip my finger nails) on me that he used on himself, (he kept stopping to clip his own finger nails with the same pair of cuticle clippers) Pretty sure he gave me dip nails as that’s what the powder jar said, the salon had drawings from kids all over the wall and chairs, there was no ventilation from fumes of the acrylic powder. Then there was a $4ish fee for using my card which wasn’t told to me until after I paid. I was charged $70 for a solid color set that is worth $35 at most. There was a little girl running around the salon. Not to mention they have pictures of customers who “failed” to tip/ pay posted at the front of the shop. Very unprofessional. This isn’t to bash the gentleman who did my nails but rather questioning the health practices of the salon.

Brookelynn Richardson I used to really recommend this place but now.. nope, Had came a week ago and spent $145 on nails and toes. After a week of having the nails, 2 came off while getting laundry out the washer, 3 others are already coming up around the bed of the nail.. I called and the front receptionist said “come in and we will fix them for you” I come and now her and one of the men that works up front said “I needed a fill in”.. definitely not needed after ONE WEEK. I’ve had acrylics last 2 months before anyways definitely finding somewhere else to go. Every time I came to this place i’m spending over $100.

Anastasia Haviaras The woman I had seemed to be having a bad day-i was there around 12- not busy at this time today. She didnt really talk to me, only to ask me if I wanted to upgrade my service (which was a basic pedicure). She did not clean under the nail tips or massage my feet- at all. Did not push the cuticles back before trimming them nor did she buff or prep the nail before putting the polish on. Very disappointed

Tayler Scott If I could give this place a 0, I would. This was the worst nail experience that I had. Firstly, I went into for white toes and the lady that did it did a horrible job. She kept messing up and wiping off as she polished. That should’ve been my warning to leave. I wanted my toes in a square shape and as you see on the picture, it was not done that way. Another lady did my nails and I showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails done. The shape is horrible, and she even cut my finger. I would not recommend this place to anyone because the service was not good at all. For gel polish and my acrylic nails, it was $82. I went home and I removed the nails because I could not wear them. I have included the receipt in case they try to deny me going there.

Donna Love I have been coming here for years. The owner lady use to do my mothers nails and she is so nice! I get pedicures and my eyebrows waxed both for only $40!!!

Curtis W Went in there a couple of days ago with my granddaughter was told I had to wait 30min for the tech. So we came back the tech still wasnt there she was at lunch no one else to help us. After being there 45min. My granddaughter told the tech what she wanted was told 37$ the tech never said a word to use the hole time very unfriendly!!! After another 40min she was done went to pay a was told it was 45$. I will not be going back!!!!! Not very friendly place and over praying for lousy service.

Samantha Lippard Went to have a pedicure done today and did not have the best experience. First I was seated in a chair that rocked and the foot tub didn’t work till mid way through the pedicure. I got the organic pedi for $55. No biggie it’s what I wanted, I choose the lavender and mint scent. Throughout the pedi I had flakes of mint leaves stuck to my leg and even some after I left. I asked to have my nails trimmed back and they are not even the same shape one is rounded and the other is square. My big toe is cut from the trimming around my toe. I did have gel polish on before but was not told it would cost extra to remove. Also several people who entered after me had been offered gel polish for the pedi but I was not. Onto my polish, I have spots where the nail is showing through and one of my toes looks like the whole nail is crooked.

Tara Newsom I spent $160 for a mani/pedi. People were nice but my nails looked horrible later in the night. I guess the gel was old. I went back the next day and they offered to fix. I went with totally different color and it started changing colors too. I didn’t have time to get toes redone but after 2 screwups I won’t be going back.

Alice I’ve been coming here 3 years. I tip 10,15, and $20 most days. Today was not busy. I asked for the classic pedicure because I only had an hour. My service began at 4:55 and ended 13 minutes later; this service was $35/30 min. The technician neither massaged my left foot nor did she clean under my nails. The technician asserted that she did not perform services which she deemed “unnecessary.” This was the worst nail service I’ve experienced in decades. I typically will not complain, but I felt compelled after my left foot was completely ignored. I know that sounds petty, but who does that? When I spoke with the owner, she minimized my frustration. This place has gone downhill.

Rishan Spray I absolutely love this nail salon! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how clean and well-maintained the space is, which is so important to me. The entire staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and always make sure you’re comfortable. They pay close attention to detail and really take their time to make sure you leave loving your nails. I appreciate how consistent they are with both their service and cleanliness. This is definitely my go-to spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality work in a relaxing environment!
