5 /5 Crystal Barbee-Jackson: I have been a patient with Dr. Johns for a few years now! I am always warmly welcomed into the office, and the office attendants know my name. They make me feel special when they listen to my concerns and assist me when scheduling my appointments.
When I moved to Pasadena I was looking for a good Dr. Who is personable, who takes the time to listen and help. I was referee by another one of his patients, and I am so glad for that referral. I have shared my experience with several other people who have also moved into the area.
Dr. Johns office is very busy because he is a kind person who care for his patients. It is obvious when you call and attend your appointments.
A few times for others:
1. Book your appointments in advance… they will call you the day before to remind you
2. With scheduling any visit, with any dr office, call early before the office gets too busy.
2. Do not rely on the answering service, connect with the office ladies directly, Erica is the best and is always willing to help with prescriptions.
3. If you have an emergency, and Dr. Johns is booked, the practitioners that help in the office can assist. This is an alternative option and highly recommend if needed.
When I had to go to the hospital, I was very surprised when I woke up to Dr. Johns assisting me. I never had a family Dr visit me in the hospital, to check in on how I was doing. It was a late visit, after he worked all day at the clinic, he came to see me every day in the hospital. I will never forget how important he made me feel. Thank you very much!
