5 /5 Minerva Guerra: Dr. Lai Zayas is wonderful. She cares about her patients. They are not just a number to her. Her exams are through and if she feels theres any doubt in her mind she will order test and refer you to a specialist. Her staff is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and profesional. They always return your calls and do what they say they will do. I am very satisfied with this office. It is also immaculate. They take all the covid precautions. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great doctor who cares.
