He quickly diagnosed it as an alternator issue right off the bat– no towing, no waiting at a shop for hours just for a diagnosis. He explained everything clearly, so I understood what was going on. What impressed me most was his willingness to help me out on the spot. He got the new alternator quickly and got it installed right there in the parking lot the same afternoon. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond what I expected. His rate was great, especially considering the convenience and speed of the service.
