5 /5 Blake Collins: Honest and fair. Thats all you can ask for in an auto shop these days. And its hard to find someone you can trust. Well, Huds has proven themselves as a trustworthy business to me. They dont try to upsale or mislead you, and their prices are always fair. As an electrician, I know labor costs money. They do a good job labor wise and typically pretty quick too. They also stand by their warranty for any type of work done. They have taken care of my daughters car multiple times (its an old car) and have always done a good job. I would definitely recommend Huds for any type of auto work.

2 /5 Blue S: When I picked up my truck I asked the guy why did they charge me $158.34? He replied to diagnose, I told him that’s a little high don’t you think? He replied we charge $158 an hour. Well it only took you 5-10 minutes to scan my truck. The look on his face told me everything (he didn’t care) Auto Zone doesn’t charge to scan your vehicle. Pollard Ford charges $67 if you don’t get it serviced with them. HUD’s auto service charged me 3 times more than the Ford house. And they charged me $25 to throw my spark plugs in the trash. They did fix the problem but for a very high price.

5 /5 Rose Wispywarz: We have dealt with Huds twice. They operate their business with the utmost old school values of integrity and honesty with no upselling or bait & switch. Cameron, who handles the front desk, is very helpful and a real peach. We had Huds check over our 10 year Camry that we were giving to our son. I needed to know it was safe and mechanically sound. They thoroughly inspected the engine, checking all seals, thingamabobs and whatchamacallits. Obviously, I know nothing about cars and Huds could have sold me any service or parts replacement. They told me that the motor was safe and sound. The extremely reasonable charge was worth the peace of mind. BONUS: Huds provided a ride home and picked me up to get our car. We have referred friends to Huds and they were all pleased. Deal with confidence!

5 /5 Grant Cox: I took my truck to Hud’s to get an alignment done. Previously a Chevrolet dealer did some front end work to my pickup (tie rod ends, idler and pitman arm) and claimed their alignment machine was broke. I called another dealer and told me there was too many variables after I asked if they could get my truck aligned perfectly on the dot. I had it “aligned” at an NTB after that but it never was really perfect. I put up with an alignment that was within spec but not right for around 15k miles. I got referred to Hud’s from Ted at discount tire right down the road for this alignment service. After taking my truck to Hud’s it now drives perfectly straight down the road just like it did when it was new. I got great service, a quick time frame, and a fair charge. Nice doing business with honest guys for once.

5 /5 Timothy Blanco: This is by far the best auto service in Lubbock! I have had so much trouble getting my car into a shop until I came across Huds. My car got in, and out of the repair shop so quickly! The repairs were phenomenal! My car drives like a dream! Im recommending them to my parents for their repairs! The prices were fair and cant speak highly enough of them. Everyone was so nice and I received great customer service!
