2 /5 Neil Rodriguez: Went in with symptoms of strep. I asked for a strep test. They didnt give me one and concluded that I likely had the flu. This is after they left me in a room for an hour. I was patient and courteous but it was the end of the day and it really seemed to me that they were just focused on getting out of there. I understand that but when it comes to peoples health, you cant sacrifice quality. Four days went by and my condition only worsened. This time I went to a different clinic and they ran the strep test and sure enough I had strep. This clinic still billed me and my insurance for inadequate care. Thankfully I was able to get the care I needed elsewhere. My situation may be an outlier but just be careful in dealing with these folks. I will say that they were very polite and courteous.

5 /5 Jeanne Mauldin: Had to go to pampa urgent care was sick for 3 weeks which caused blood pressure out of control. All of the staff was excellent and the nurse practioner was great!

1 /5 Amy McCoy: Took my 3 year old in for X-rays on his leg cause I thought he might have cracked a bone or something. Took X-rays and said they’d call me back with the results. Called later in the day and they said the dr hasn’t looked at it yet. Ok. Tried calling the next day and nothing cause they closed down. Without letting me know about my son’s legs. Ridiculous ! Taking him to Amarillo today. Never going back.

1 /5 Patty Edwards: Absolutely lousy process for getting patients back to see a provider. 12 people to be seen and still coming... young lady at front says it is the process to check everyone in and then start taking them back... ridiculous!

5 /5 Johnnah Boss: After being in pain for days I finally went to urgent care. The wait wasnt bad. The staff was so nice. Jessica the NP was great! She has great beside manners! I really felt like she was listening to me.
