4 /5 Melinda Alvarado: My appointment took longer than expected. The nail person was slow, and not very communicative. Plus I was unsure what to expect, as this was my first experience with these types of nails. After being blamed for my appointment taking too long, I had to clarify with a manager, that it was my nail tech that took too long...... She did not ask me if I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. (I wasnt) Also I did not know that they would run out of the nail color that I was hoping for, so they had to remove that polish and start over with a different color. The original nail Tech had to leave for an appointment, and someone else had to take her place. Once I was able to explain that I was not at fault for the delay, they finished the job. Now I know what to expect if I return.

5 /5 Chloe Paredes: I’ve been going here since I moved to Lubbock for college. It’s hard to find a nail place you feel comfortable going to, so I’m glad I found out about this place. They’re clean, professional, and very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

2 /5 Annika Reeves: I came a few weeks ago for a normal gel manicure with an added protective layer for an additional charge. Save your money please instead of getting the extra layer - my nails started chipping a week later and the polish has now just peeled off about half of my nails. So disappointing.

2 /5 Mariya Polishchuk: The place is nice and the service was great but the quality of work is absolutely disappointing and simply bad. I did gel manicure and pedicure and not even two days later my gel on two of my toe nails were gone after wearing shoes for around 5-7 hours which should not be happening with gel in any circumstance. My nails started to chip pretty fast and I had to take it off a week later because it started to look very crusty. It could be just my problem but I was there with a friend and she had the same issue so she had to go to another place not even a week later to get a new set of nails. Absolutely disappointed after I spend around 120 dollars on the services that didn’t even last a week. After I called and explain the situation with my pedicure, I was booked for the nail repair but apparently it is also for additional charge which I disagree with since the service didn’t even last 48 hours. Would not be coming back.
