1 /5 Eric Thomas: paid over $600 dollars just to be told the dash AC needs replaced. Nothing fixed that’s just the charge to tell you what’s wrong. Then told they don’t do extended warranty because the warranty companies don’t want to pay them 3 times the retail price of the parts. I was informed by the extended warranty company first and couldn’t believe it so I called OTRA and asked and the advisor said that’s how their system marks up the price. They are nice folks just not very fair on pricing. Hard to approve a part price that is online for a 3rd of the price and is not an aftermarket price. I asked for part numbers and to speak with a manager and got nowhere. My advice is use them as a last resort or if you don’t care about paying 3 times more than retail pricing.

Good morning. My goal wasn’t to upset you only present the facts. I was honest in everything that I said and went off what was provided to me by both your company and the extended warranty company. If you guys don’t want to do extended warranty it’s fair to let folks know ahead of time. Especially when you are changing 600 dollars just to tell them it’s broken and you don’t want to use the extended warranty because they don’t approve the higher labor hours and part pricing. I was only trying to be fair to potential customers.
Either way as promised I’ll let you know what we end up paying for the repair at another shop. I think your estimate was $6,800 and we have been informed the price should be between 2,000-4,000 dollars. I forgot to mention the other discrepancy was that your technician was not able to show the inspectors from the extended warranty company the parts that were said to have been failed? That was another issue. The parts you claimed that needed to be replaced were not broken when the inspector looked at it. Talk to you soon.

Be careful guys. Today they want to charge an additional $260 dollars for the camper to be picked up. This is for storage fees. They are quite upset I left my review and wouldn’t allow me to pick up the motorhome last week when I went to get it. Nonetheless, 1 week later they said I can come get it but have to pay $260 dollars in fees. Sad to see people stoop to this level out of anger.
