William M I recently visited Texas Auto Care due to a concerning wobble in my steering wheel and a persistent pull to the left. I was worried it might require an alignment or other extensive repairs. However, Alvin and AB were exceptional in their service. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, identified the real issue—a bulge in my front left tire—and saved me from unnecessary expenses. Their honesty and transparency were evident, as they could have easily recommended additional work but chose to prioritize my best interests. They also informed me about some early wear on my front left wheel bearing and offered a fair price for the repair. I highly recommend Texas Auto Care for their integrity and excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs.

Steven Montes These guys are great! They replaced my front and rear brakes, front struts, and my upper control arms/ ball joints on my 2018 F150. They got me in and out the same day and the price was more than fair considering the price of the parts. They didnt cut corners by using the cheapest parts around, they did nice, quality work.

Gladness Amadi The workers there and the manger are very transparent with you and work with on getting the best deal possible on parts and labor. I appreciate their help and making sure my car was taken care of at the best price and understanding my situation!

Alexis Jennings John and Julie were amazing to me all the years I took my vehicles to them. They treated me like family and were always honest in their dealings with me. When my first van still needed more repairs, they honestly told me it wasnt worth it anymore and they didnt want to take my money. I appreciated that advice and upgraded to something slightly newer that didnt need more work. There were many times they ate the cost of labor for me since my parts were so expensive with that first van. Im an African American mother of five children and I never took my car anywhere else. Patty Maggard I had a great experience. I drove in with a flat and explained that I needed to get the flat fixed as quickly as possible because I had a doctor’s appointment for radiation. They got the screw out of my tire and had me back on the road in a little over 30 minutes. I got to my appointment on time.

Connie Moore Eli and the guys at Tire Store Service Center in Cleburne are fantastic! They have a good selection of tires and always do you right. We brought in our truck for tires and ran into a few other issues. They worked out all the kinks the same day and got us on the road back home. We live in Galveston and will make this trip when we need our next set of tires because of the superior service we have received. Thank you to all of the guys at Cleburne Tire Store! BK Cummings If you appreciate old school ethics, superb customer service, and honesty, youll find it in Jay! I met Jay when I bought a used car from him, but before I got home with it, the check engine light and brake lights came on. I called Jay, he immediately drove 15 miles with a car hauler and picked it up. He diligently diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and drove 15 miles again to deliver the car, at no cost to me. In an age of computers, automated phone systems, and virtually no true customer service, my experience with Jay has been reminiscent of the good ole days. Good folks! I highly recommend Jays Auto!

Don Stefan We brought in a 2017 Corolla with moderate front end damage. Bill was very descriptive on what he would be doing to it. Once parts arrived, they were painted, then installed. He kept us up on his progress but he had it back to us in a very reasonable period. The whole front end looked brand new. Paint matched the rest of the car and everything worked. I was very impressed with his work ethic, quality, and timleyness. He spent the time and made it right. I highly recommend him. Thanks Bill!

Bearvry They were very knowledgeable and had all the equipment necessary to take care of my nightmare of an electrical problem. They gave great advice and education on my electrical system. They fixed only what needed to be fixed and didnt try to empty my bank account. They gave a receipt I can actually make sense of with detailed summary of work done and names of parts.and not just a sheet full of numbers and codes. Thanks guys and thanks for the hat, mug and the other great stuff that was in that anniversary gift box.

Sam Kelly I.paid 200 for this nice people but I personally feel thats a little over price maybe I should of said no to the hour was told half on the phone then hour to take the wrap off which I guess I could of done (takes 2 min) they said they like reviews well here a honest one 194.something for this so I guess the coupling cost 40bucks yeah take the wrap off which was 3 mins was the extra work Reply to owner reply You charge 154 a hour that is a 4 dollar fitting that you charged me 40 dollars for because I didnt take the blue plastic hose you order that you told thats what they drop off when I heard the phone conversation them telling you thats what they had you took off the wrap that the 3 hose combo comes in 3 min max and fixed the hose with a 4 dollar fitting that yiu charged me 40 dollars 100 120 would of been a fair price and we all know me saying that is fair for what was done. All owner op there multiple shops in the area definitely call around I didnt agure with the price at there shop like I should have because I rather just pay and go and leave a review that extra 80 you charged me will cost you more when some reads this review just accept it you saw big truck and thought big bucks if you will over charge for this i hate to see a guy with a real job and other readers go though my reviews its plenty of shops with good ones

Byron Baumann I love it when I find a repair shop with knowledgeable techs and great service. I took my Suburban in for an alignment and they did it while I waited since I was going out of town.. It drives straight and they did it for a good price...less than I expected. I do most of my own work, but these guys will be good to have on stand-by. I highly recommend! Trustworthy and a little old school. I like it.

Casamira He fixed my ac and gave us a good warranty that if anything went wrong or if it was not blowing cold air to bring it back to him to figure out what was going on and to help get it fixed no questions asked! Let me tell you he figured out why it wasnt blowing cold air after he already replaced the whole thing and found it wasnt holding freon in it and was leaking but he got it fixed over night and it has been blowing cold air ever since, almost 2 weeks now, just like it used to! Weve dealt with some shady, crooked, mechanics before but Dennis is a good person in my book and I highly recommend! Thank you so much again Dennis!

Loretta Johnson They take PRIDE in there work. They are friendly, know what they are doing. I drive 40 miles one way just to get my car fixed here and will keep on doing it. The rates are reasonable .

Joshua Wilkinson Our car broke down outside of Lusk. Carl - the owner of Patriot- stopped and helped diagnose the problem. He drove us to where we could get cell service to call a tow. The tow truck driver said they take their vehicles to Patriot. We are so grateful Carl took time out of his family vacation to stop and help us. We were able to fix the issue ourselves and get back on the road the next day so we could continue our vacation. Highly recommend his business.

Comment8r Very disappointed in this shop. Took our truck in due to a wiring problem. Talked to the owner, Jerry Meeks. Left the truck there and explicitly told him (twice) not to do any repairs until we were told the cost to do the work and an estimate of how long it would take, which he agreed to do. Didnt hear anything until over a week later when we got a call from Amber, who works in the office, telling us that the truck was fixed and that the bill is over five hundred dollars. This isnt the way to do business, folks, and since we cant trust them to keep their word we wont be back.
