Ariel Naka First time going to Venetian since it’s close by to my neighborhood and I didn’t want to make the drive down to the nail salon I normally go to.
I went at around 5:30pm. Quickly was greeted and got my nails done. The staff were friendly. I asked for normal French nail, but my nail tech gave me a nude French nail.

Kandy W Mabry This is an addition to my previous review. It has been 6 days since my dip nail service. Three nails have chipped and broken. I have never had a dip nail break. I walked in to a disagreement between the receptionist, technician, and a customer. No one acknowledged my presence for several minutes, unless you count the scowl from the receptionist. The technician was unfriendly and didn’t even ask if I was satisfied with the service, which I was not. The nails have ridges and he was very rough and careless with the files. I had requested a cuticle trim, but decided against it when he brought out a pair of clippers that had clearly not been sanitized. When I was waiting to pay, another customer walked out angry. I chose this salon because I have been so happy with a salon with the same name on the other side of town close to Leon Springs. My advice is to choose one of the many other salons in the area.

Ashley Jurado I’ve been to this nail bar 4-5 times, and every visit, I’m charged a different amount for the same service. I brought it up before, but nothing changed.
This time, I requested a fill, which is listed as $45, plus a cuticle trim. At checkout, my total was $65:
• Fill: $50 (despite the sheet, $45)
• Cuticle trim: $10
• Nail shape: $5 (even though I’ve never been charged for this before)
When I questioned it, the red-haired employee was rude, dismissive, and made inappropriate facial expressions. She cut me off mid-sentence and told me to “call tomorrow” since the manager wasn’t there—offering no solution.
The tech who did my nails eventually had $5 taken off, which I appreciated, but the lack of transparency, inconsistent pricing, and poor customer service make this unacceptable.
To top it off, the cleanliness was concerning—there were someone else’s trimmed, dirty nails all around my chair.
Between the overcharging, rude staff, and lack of cleanliness, I won’t be returning.
