2 /5 Teya Wynn: Yesterday I went and got my nails done it was cute and everything. I noticed my nail was crooked. I went back today and got told it’s my finger nail that’s crooked! I told her my nails have never been crooked take a look at my fingers.. I didn’t get before pictures but it was leaning to the side y’all. So the lady who run reception does my soak off mind yu the same lady who said my nail was crooked. She reapplied the nail did the powder coat. The lady who did my nails yesterday filed my nail but didn’t make it the same shape at all. Then the man attempted to paint my nails and I told him he couldn’t do it right have her do it. He continued to try and finally had her do it. At the end of the day it didn’t come out right it was rushed and to many hands where helping in the process it never comes out the same when yu have different styles of work. Also when yu know yu wrong why not fix it it’s yur job to do so and why be upset when someone notice that yu did something wrong !

1 /5 kayla perkins: I have a maternity shoot coming up so I wanted my nails to look nice and this is the service I got. My nails done 5 days ago. I went in there and had showed the front desk lady my nails and told her this isn’t what I expected them to turn out like and that they’re chipping and rigid by my cuticle and she responded with so much attitude saying that it’s the way my cuticle is which is why it’s like that. I have chipping on my thumb and I told her it was trying to peel off and had already chipped and she responded with what do you want a different color or something? I told her I wanted them fixed for the money I spent and she said it’s the way my nails are and that she couldn’t do anything about it. I told her thanks and she just laughed. Very unprofessional and rude for no reason. Not to mention I asked for square shape.. smh. Do better.

Nova Thomison: I have been here several times now and am beyond in love with this place! I discovered it as its right near where I live. Dont let the outside fool you (simple and plain), the inside is golden. Youre always met with warm kindness, and offered a beverage. Beyond the basics, customer service is terrific. I had done an expensive chrome on top of dip service and it began to peel off just a few days later, they fixed it immediately for me as a walk-in. I also had an issue with the gel on my toes messing up days after my pedi (im a nurse and went to work for two shifts and it should have held up but looked smeared). Gel dries automatically so it was an issue with the polish. However, no questions asked they fixed it free of charge. Despite the snafoos I will never go anywhere else! Linh is maticulous, gentle, yet speedy, and a perfectionist! She gives great massages for your pedi and will make sure you leave happy!! I am beyond thrilled to make this my new go-to nail home! All of the staff here are wonderful but Ive been going to Linh consistently now and she is the best! Sometimes I am not sure what color I want but she will help decide or give me time without rushing me to decide (this seems basic to me but Ive had nail techs get irritated by this). My only critique (which is for almost every single nail salon now) is I used to pay a tiny bit less and get a shoulder massage when I pay this much for my nails (or at least lotion and hand massage on my hands) but it seems no one does this anymore as part of the service. Dont hesitate to try this place out, they are wonderful!

I was hesitant to go in for my first pedicure as I am a male and someone who stands on their feet all day as a construction worker. My feet are very rough to the touch and my nails arent the cleanest. Fortunately there was a worker who made me feel comfortable about getting the pedicure. I was assured that no matter the condition of my feet there was no judgment and they would take care of me. Long story short I had great service and will be coming back again soon. I know that I need to continue with good foot hygiene. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Miranda Hamaker: The BEST nail salon in the Austin area! I am super particular about my toenails and being sure the sides are clean/the nail isnt ingrown. These ladies take their time (sometimes up to 2 hours) making sure my nails are totally clean and not digging into my skin I didnt think it was possible to get my finger nails into the shape that I see in pictures online until I started coming here and realized no other previous salon had taken the time necessary to file them down. Im not stuck with horse fingers forever! Im also super indecisive when it comes to color/shape and they provide the perfect amount of guidance as to what will look good on my skin tone and with my nail shape. Without them, I would go back and forth between colors probably 5 times once I sat down in a pedicure chair. Now I just show them a picture of what I want and they will custom make a color using a couple of different colors/combos on nail swatches and let me choose. Lastly, they will stay until 8 pm for an appt. if you call ahead and request it. I never feel like they are rushing to get me in and out and onto the next person. The real proof is in the pudding- I am HARD on my nails, I use my hands for everything and dig at my toenails at nail. Despite these bad habits my nails have lasted 7 weeks and still look good, albeit a bit grown out. Trust me- this is where you want to have your nails done. I selfishly dont want to post this review because I dont want my secret to get out but they deserve it. I will drive an hour each way to leave with exactly what I came for until the end of time. Love this place!

Gira Gomez: I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to have French tip gel on dip powder to actually last more than a day. Some back story to my experience: I’m originally from Houston but I recently moved here so I searched for somewhere nearby to do my annual holiday themed nails before I headed back home for the holidays. I got my nails done here for the first and last time. Although the staff can come off as nice, and the prices are reasonable, I don’t truly believe their quality or customer service is worth the hassle of getting them done. They fixed the nails that chipped the day after with no charge but then I had to leave back to Houston for the holidays. I come back today, a week later, to explain I wasn’t happy with the nails gel and partial dip powder chipping before I could enjoy them for the day of Christmas (which was the whole point) and that’s the nails chipped within a day and only continuously chipped the rest of the week. She said it’s fine she’ll take them off, but failed to mention prior that she was going to charge me $10 for this inconvenience (which she says is usually $15, still ridiculous if I’m coming to get them off because the quality was awful). I had made it clear from the moment I was there that I was unhappy with their quality of work and was the whole reason for taking them off. When the time comes for getting my nails off, she’s rushing and not being diligent in making sure all of the dip underneath was being removed and I had to correct her multiple times for areas missed. Didn’t help that it also was painful at times. I was ready to run out of there and never see them again. I especially didn’t appreciate the last comment telling me that when my natural nails break I can come back to get them fixed and done. Now ma’am…. I will never be back especially when the customer service wasn’t up to par for correcting the quality that was so bad it couldn’t last a day. Also pro tip: don’t ask young women when they plan to have kids as small talk with clients. I’m not a rude person to make a scene about it, but that’s a distasteful question to ask, and someone else may not take too kindly to that intrusive and possibly insensitive question.

But unfortunately, my joy didn’t last long, as some of my nails completely came off after just one week. We called them and were told I could go in as a walk-in. However, when we arrived, they refused to take me and told me I must wait. I am extremely disappointed. I went to another salon nearby where I was welcomed immediately and kindly without any issues. No matter how beautiful the work is, if it’s not holding it’s meaningless.
