Cindy is fast, professional, and knows what I like. Today she used powder to strengthen my nails. She gave me some Verde cat eyes that are out of this galaxy. Thank you for the Houston Astros nails, Kim!! They rock! Nina did my Christmas reindeer today! So cute

The gel mani and pedi service is magnificent, my nails are always impeccable and with the finish I expect. It also lasts longer than expected. Lastly, a special thanks to Kim, always kind, sweet and helpful. 100% recommended.

1 /5 Crystal Jean: It was my first time here last Thursday. The nail tech Lynn was so nice but, the man at the front desk and the other nail tech next to her were yelling at her. I felt so bad. She did my nails and although I really like her, she started too far up above my cuticle. I didn’t notice until I left and my husband saw them. It has only been 8 days and my nails look like I’ve had them on for over 2 weeks. 50 dollars was way too much for this.

1 /5 Ije E: Definitely the worst nail shop ive ever been to. First of all, I hated how thick they made the french tips but they still didnt change the thickness even after I mentioned it to the nail technician. She was more concerned about getting a tip regardless of the poor quality of service she rendered. Two days later, my nails looked like what you see in the picture. TWO DAYS!!

5 /5 Sarena Tseng: Good experience! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they only had a few customers at the time. Sinh was the one who did my gel pedicure and she did a great job. They have a lot of gel color options too. A couple of my toenails are growing back so she recommended doing powder to fix the shape and she made it look good, glad I went with her recommendation! I was in and out in 45 minutes which was the perfect amount of time. Price was good and location is super convenient next to 85 Degrees and H Mart if you are already shopping there!

Reka Nagy: When I was there, I was very happy because they did a beautiful job, and the massage was also very pleasant. But unfortunately, my joy didn’t last long, as some of my nails completely came off after just one week. We called them and were told I could go in as a walk-in. However, when we arrived, they refused to take me and told me I must wait. I am extremely disappointed. I went to another salon nearby where I was welcomed immediately and kindly without any issues. No matter how beautiful the work is, if it’s not holding it’s meaningless.

Ashlyn King: Thee best nail salon in Austin- no competition. I’ve recommended them to at least 5 people (Austin locals and out-of-town guests) who all loved them as much as me. I also recommend them to everyone who compliments my nails, which is like twice+ a week. Thu does amazing Gel-X and nail art (I think she’s my nail tech soulmate), but the ladies around me at the salon always have great looking nails. You can’t go wrong here. They also have a complimentary drink selection and overall very friendly staff!

Nirali Shah: Very disappointing service. Made an appointment for mani and pedi, after my pedicure the lady asked to check me out but I reminded her I was also getting a manicure done. It didn’t look like any techs were available so she said she would do it… well she started doing it and then left after filing one hand and had another girl take over.. I could tell girl that took over was rushing because other people were walking in. She started putting on the top coat when my polish was sooo streaky… I had to ask her to put another coat on. Looking at my nails after, they look so bad. The polish was so uneven and my cuticles look so bad. I’ve never been anywhere where they switch people half way through the appointment.

This terrible experience is now extended into a bank dispute. 0 Stars. I went yesterday and I will not be back. I try to be very easy going and Im not a perfectionist. I paid and went outside and then started to see how sloppy, thick, uneven, and bubbly the nails were. I asked the tech Ly multiple times to get the red off my nails from my previous builder gel manicure off which was still visible on the new finished light purple manicure she did. The dremel she was using was dirty and hurt, she dripped the hard gel everywhere and got it on my fingers, which is toxic... I should have stopped her and asked for someone else or just walked out, its so hard to speak up sometimes. It was NOT fun to walk back into the place and stand at the front to wait for someone to come talk to me. Then 4 girls walk over to me as I explain the issues, including the girl who did my nails. For me this is absolutely mortifying. I ask for a refund because I am out of time and need to get to my event. They inspect my nails, feel the bubbles, see the red, uneven edges, and overall SLOPPY work and say they will fix it (I dont want to be touched anymore at this point my nails kind of hurt) then they offer me a free manicure next time. I respectfully say I will not be coming back and ask again for a refund so I can go. It took a lot of convincing and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was a walk in and waited an hour to get seen, and I did not complain at all and I tipped $10. Maybe there are better techs available, seems like all the good reviews are one persons. This place did not feel safe, it was not an experience I want to repeat.

hammieworldrox488: I found this place randomly and decided to go on a whim, I’m so glad I did. I got there in the morning as a walk in and was able to be seen in less than 15 minutes. Tina’s husband did my nails. He did them absolutely beautifully and dang near perfect. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he executed wonderfully. I was more of an oval nail girly but he shaped them a bit more on the almond side. I like that shape more and now request it when I get my nails done. He was very knowledgeable with what service to get and suggested I try dip powder since I don’t like acrylics and gel isn’t strong enough. Dip powder on my natural nails plus he fixed 3 broken nails, you can’t even tell which 3 have fake tips on them that’s how great his application was. The salon itself is very nice. It seemed like both the owners knew/remembered their clients as he greets a few by name and asked about one of their grand children. I thought that was sweet. Tina talked and joked with her client as well and I could tell it was a repeat customer by the nature of the conversation. When I was sitting there waiting to be seen another worker offered to help me pick my nail color and gave me a swatch book to look at even though she wasn’t even the one doing my nails. That was so nice of her to go out of her way to help. Great staff and great salon all around. $40 for a set and 3 nails repaired was a steal, it would have cost me $55 plus $5 per nail fix at my regular salon with not nearly as great of work. 6 weeks later and the retention is so good I got no lifting or chipping. I would definitely be back next time I am in town.
