5 /5 Cat LeLeux: I had my first surgery yesterday. All the staff were amazing! They were very attentive and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and the facility is very clean. The level of care I experienced was very uplifting and appreciated. They really do take care of their veterans. I feel very fortunate.

4 /5 S.E. Isaac: Overall, its really good. Whenever I do have a problem, I go to patient advocacy, and they handle the problem immediately.

1 /5 Blanca: I made an attempt to reach out today to reschedule my appointment for labs. The individual who answered the phone informed me that rescheduling must be done through my designated team. While I understand the protocol, it seems a bit cumbersome. Furthermore, I was advised that when rescheduling my appointment with my PCP, I should also request new lab work to be submitted. This procedure appears to be a bit inefficient and does not optimize the process for veterans. It is somewhat confusing why there is a separate department for labs if appointments and rescheduling cannot be handled through them. This system may be counterproductive and lead to a loss of valuable time.

1 /5 alton mccarver: Calling the VA is like walking your fish to the mailbox. Ive been trying to just get someone on the phone since 730 this morning to reschedule an appointment.
