5 /5 Ashley Adams: Dr. Mitchell is a fantastic provider! She took me on in the middle of some fertility issues and saw me through my pregnancy and delivery. I felt in great hands every step of the way! My only complaint is scheduling can be difficult but I think thats probably the norm of most medical offices.

1 /5 Amy Bryan: Ive been using this practice for about a decade. Every couple of years my doctor changes. Today, for the second time, I made the trip to the office only to be told that my doctor was in surgery. At least the last time, they were honest about it. Today they told me the doctor was "on her way" and should be there by the time of my appointment. I sat around for half an hour and asked again, only to be told that she was still in surgery. Given they sent me several texts, emails and voicemails noting that I had to be there 15 minutes before my appointment (which I was), the disrespect of my time is not something Im willing to put up with any more. Also, please note that every other time I have come to Google Reviews is to post 5-star reviews. I am not someone who likes to complain online, but this was twice now that they have made me waste PTO at work.

1 /5 Maristela Barino: Ive also been in this office for years and I always thought my doctor , Dra Vick was cold and dry - ok - until one day she was super rude and I left there crying because she was so rude and rough during my exam and I still didnt write a review. One year later she was all sweet and right after I received a satisfaction survey. It wasnt her, sweet - it was all an act. I have a new doctor, Dr. Janice, who I have nothing to say - professional - she was supposed to contact my general practitioner and discuss my treatment with him - she never got back to me about it. Today , aorind 12:30 pm I had a terrible experience at the office. The office was empty and a rude and rude blonde came to see me. I simply said that I wanted a pot of urine for a test that my doctor asked me to do another urine test and collect it in the morning - first urine. She didnt let me finish it, imposing herself the whole time wanting my birthday, I wanted to explain why I was there and just get a pot for a urine test, which she refused. Simply ridiculous, because a person like that treats people in such a rude and rude way. My Primary Doctor is in Southlake and since I went to the pharmacy and they didnt have it, I had the idea of ​​going there and getting one. These containers are in all the bathrooms of doctors offices. I remembered that Ive seen people leaving there complaining. Now I understand.

1 /5 Liz Middleton: Extremely unprofessional, and unresponsive. Ill start by saying I was referred here to see one doctor 5 years ago for an IUD, was refused by that doctor and referred to someone else in the practice. Both providers are now gone. I went to a new provider on my last visit a couple of months ago, Dr.Horne, and it was the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. Not only was she unprofessional in diagnosing me before test results, the nurse that was sitting in on the visit also laughed at the situation as I am sitting there crying. Since then I have tried to reach out to the office several times (4 times for those of us that want a true count) for test results, and questions, only to be met with unanswered voicemails. Just find somewhere else who does better and actually cares about your health.

2 /5 Mariah Dooley: I had an womens wellness exam earlier this year and discussed my husband and i hoping to start a family soon. My experience was great, but now that I am pregnant, I havent been able to get an appointment made. Ive been hung up on 3 times immediately, without the receptionist asking for any information, and then told I could only schedule with one doctor. A docot that doesnt work on my only day off during their open hours, which wasnt the case for my first appointment. Ive had to give up and look elsewhere.
