3 /5 Dona Kreutzer: I had an appointment at 10Am, checked in and the app said 1 other person was there and their appointment was for 10:20. After waiting for about 30 minutes they took this other person back, and another 20 minutes later they called me back. After vitals and what not I waited again. I could hear the NP doing notes for this other person then I could hear the nurse giving him a brief description of why I was there. Finally he came into my room and started asking the same questions and he kept getting mixed up with what I was telling him. Finally we came to a conclusion as what to do. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes or so for someone to come in a give me a shot, during this wait I could hear the NP doing notes on me and was still getting the information wrong! He came back in to clarify, and while waiting he continued to talk into something my visit notes. Obviously when there a just a few people in the waiting room it’s not hard to figure out who he’s talking about, I didn’t like that at all. If it wasn’t for my insurance I wouldn’t be back to this place.
