1 /5 Vance Kells: The least professional, most inept people I have ever seen. Called for an emergency situation from a surgery on Wednesday and was told that there was no one to consult with and we shouldn’t even have been able to get through on their line since it was Friday at noon. RUN AWAY FOLKS. The worst experience we have ever seen. This is the final straw with a terrible experience. Hippocratic oath…..ha!

5 /5 Lori Thaxton: Dr. Kirkendal is the best I had two hernias surgery with him robotic hes carrying and explains everything and does a good job. Ive had bad experience with past surgery before and I trust him and hes made it easier now to where I dont have that fear so much. How do you recommend him to do surgery.

He not only took such good care of my husband but took the time with our family to educate and answer our questions and concerns. The drs on call responded immediately when we called after surgery.

1 /5 Christy Womack: Do not recommend doing business here. My surgeon did a wonderful job however the nursing staff was very rude. I needed them to sign a paper so I could return to work and that took a full week. They did not listen and they will not return phone calls.

I was very pleased with my visit and definitely recommend these ladies to other patients. The receptionist was not as pleasant. She was very short and not once looked me in the eye. It seemed her only concern was taking my payment. When I asked for a note for work she acted as if it was a bother for her to print it & stamp the Drs signature - which took less than a minute to do.

Ana King: I usually take my son elsewhere for sick appointments because there were never any slots left when I tried to get him in, but the lady who got us in today was so helpful. Her phone etiquette was amazing. The new NP my son saw today was great as well. Addressed my concerns and had a caring tone when speaking to my child. The reason I’ve leaving a 2 star vs a higher review is due to the MA or LVN who called my son back. She was very non caring/rude and impatient in my opinion. I’m not saying anyone has to baby my son, but when working in a pediatric clinic it’s somewhat expected to speak with compassion or at least the bare minimum respect. Overall our interaction was very minimal since I requested her not coming back in due to her tone and statement made. As someone who works in the medical field she should work on how she speaks to children.
