1 /5 Gabriela New: She ruined my hair! I went twice. The first time for a haircut. She used a razor to cut the ends, guaranteeing it would make my hair better. I wasnt too excited with it, but i thought Id give her another chance. The 2nd time i went to get highlights.She used a blow dryer to speed up the process. I woke up next day with broken large chunks of strands of hair all over my pillow! She sold me the purple shampoo saying it would help make it healthy. Thinking its what i needed, i used it. It made it worse. Its been a month now. Ive bought expensive conditioners to repair it but my hair is still brittle, dry & unmanageable. By far the worse hairstylist Ive ever had in over 50 yrs! Both times (months apart) her card machine has been broken, with different excuses. Which was NOT worth the over $200 paid in CASH both times!!! Until it grows back into healthy hair, Ive had to put it up. I will NEVER recommend this lady to anyone! Its been embarrassing! She ruined my hair! A lot of hair is broken off every time i brush it! Its not normal. She does not need to handling womens hair! As you can see in the pictures, my hair is STILL awful! This is 2 months later!
