5 /5 Weir Do: Had an amazing time here, car broke down in the middle of the night with 5 puppies in the car.. ty eh not only took car of my car but provided a kennel for he puppies and helped babysit them while figuring hinges out, this was the most personalized and community helping car shop I’ve been to. They deserve more credit!

munchichi8: I used this place awhile back. I saw some good reviews on a website to come here for my European vehicle. What I realized with dealing with this place is that unless you are their regular customer they will neglect you and rip you off. I dropped off my vehicle here and I told them I will be travelling and I would like my vehicle back when I return a month. When I came back to Houston in a month later my vehicle was not ready. They kept giving me a bunch of lies and told me they will work on it. After 2 months, I came by to pick up my car and the check engine light was still on. They told me they looked at it and wanted to charge me $140 to look at it. These guys are a bunch of frauds. Instead of just letting me have my car back for free because they did NOTHING!! They came up with a stupid invoice to say they looked at my car and charge me $140 to look at it. I dont know what respectable mechanic would charge anyone for not repairing their vehicles.

I’m really disappointed with how things turned out, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience. I came in this month (04/2025) because my car was making a squeaking noise in reverse. I figured it was time to replace the belt. I’d been here before and trusted them, so I didn’t expect anything shady. They told me the issue was my front brakes and that the rear needed cleaning — no mention of the belt. I went along with it, paid nearly $600, and the noise stopped. At first, I was just relieved the issue was fixed. But later I found out they had replaced the belt — the actual problem — which is a job that shouldn’t have cost more than $100. Instead of being upfront, they padded the bill with unnecessary brake work. That really hurt my trust. If they’d just told me the truth, I would’ve come back every time I needed help. I liked them and wanted to support their business, but I can’t recommend a place that takes advantage of people. Please be careful — I’d hate for someone else to be misled the way I was. If the business would like to reach out you all have my phone number, I’m willing to update the review following any sort of contact. As of right now this was my experience.
