Annabell Cano: Atmosphere is very relaxing and I like the pedi chair set up. It makes it easy to do a mani at the same time. They pay great attention to detail and do a wonderful job on gel x nails. They even made me a polish to match the gold from my nails to use for my pedicure. 10/10 recommend.
Princy V: I’ve been coming here for my mani’s for about a year now and specifically asked for Ms. Lucy based off of other reviews. Let’s just say she’s yet to disappoint me! I come in with all these random inspo pics and she indulges all my craziness! She’s also a perfectionist who takes time and great care in patiently making sure the nails have come out to her satisfaction as well! The rest of her team (including her husband) are also very personable, they greet and treat you well, offer beverages and make sure you are comfortable. Tia Shaffer: My last experience here was unacceptable. Got my eyebrows arched and now I have what looks like a permanent scar on my eyelid as a result of some mishandling of tools. When I called and visited to report this, I was met with skepticism and frankly, a lack of accountability from this business. I left two messages for the owner Jennifer to call me and no call yet. Bad service is one thing, but having a permanent scar on my face and having them act as if I don’t matter is not happening. Preparing to take legal action.
Sonali Mehta: I have been here multiple times now, it’s me and mom date every time. The people are nice and courteous. However this time my paint got chipped in two days and I went back to them they were kind enough to fix it without any charge. It was not shellac.
Jasmin Thomas: Tiny is so talented! I moved here recently and had a rough time finding a nail tech. I’m extremely picky and value detailed work. Not only does she take great care of my nails, her work lasts a long time! She does phenomenal cuticle and prep work, my nails are seamless.
Lynn Lewis: I Love the Ritz. They are always nice, friendly and courteous. Their place is extremely clean and they do a wonderful job with my nails. I never have any problems with chipping or breaking. Pedicures are wonderful. I have sent numerous people to them and they all love it.They treat the young girls just like adults. One suggestion to them...take the sign down that says you are open on Monday. Do not hesitate to go.
Janet Pineda: Very expensive I only got shellac, no design. In between short and medium length coffin shaped and Rose charged me $70 ? when I couldve got powdered with design for the same amount somewhere else. Overall nails were decent but will not be returning
