Jessica Arellano Always clean and inviting. Took my daughter to get her first pedicure. They have kid chairs available. They were very nice to her and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. Even had light conversation with her.

Shelly Stone They are always so sweet and accommodating here. I’ve had nothing but great service here for 2 years now. They also have every color in the rainbow here.

Charlee taft I have gone to them for about two years now and have had good and bad experiences. This was the worst of them all and I will never go back. All of my nails are deferent lengths and shapes, when I asked him to fix it he said that he thinks it looks fine and to ask the customer next to me. I just ended up saying that they looked fine, because he did not seem very willing to fix it. Will not be going back.

Alyssa G. Di Iorio First time coming here today and wow!! These nails look amazing. Austin did an incredible job and even went back in and corrected a crooked nail a previous salon had done. He got me in and out in less then an hour. These are honestly the best nails I’ve ever had! The shape is perfect and the polish isn’t too thick or clumpy. Great salon! Will be coming back.

To Life KILLIAN IS AMAZING!!!! I have been looking for a GREAT nail tech/artist for the last 6 years. Killian is one of the most talented nail artists I have seen. He did exactly what I asked, and offered some next-level suggestions that exceeded my expectations (as a stylist of 30 years I am very particular). I cannot stop staring at my beautiful nails! Truly a work of art! The staff was polite, the owners were so nice and engaging, and I liked the clean peaceful vibe of the salon. The nail techs were not talking over their clients to each other (I know you know what Im talking about) and all the clients were in a great mood, visiting with each other and just enjoying the moment. It takes a certain ambiance to create a relaxed and peaceful environment to engage this way with strangers. I just found my forever nail family home...

Carly Ryan I love savanna & her whole crew . She is such a good, attentive owner! I told her I had a funeral to go to & she really made sure he made them elegant & whether she did it intentionally or not my friend loved hello kitty like she had it tattooed on her. So I got home & seen this & I love them even more ❤️

Karina Garcia As you can tell my nails have not been on for a whole week! This is extremely disappointing after paying $65 for THIS. Experience was horibble, guy was super rough and cutting me multiple times, his excuse was that my nails were to short! In my opinion if you’re not able to do them then that’s when someone else should step up and do it to avoid hurting the customer. Never again and I don’t recommend this place!

Kathy Riley Lea. I think did my pedicure and was it awesome? She did a very thorough job and made me relax the whole time I will be back. Q did my nails and oh was he good? I thought I needed to tell him every aspect do this. Do that man he shut me up quick and did a wonderful job. I will be back. not only that the place was very clean and very nice to relax in. This has to be one of my most relaxing and nice experiences in the Lubbock area.

Katye Gruben If you’re looking for an AMAZING place to get your nails done OR even eyelash extensions and facial faxing.. look NO further. I have been coming here for a while now and I will forever recommend this place to any/everyone. The environment is great.. everyone is so nice and listens. They don’t just rush you in and out. They make sure everything is perfect before you walk out the door. Christina has done my nails the last two times and I have gotten SO many compliments. She takes her time and is all around amazing. But i have never had a bad experience from anyone else doing my nails either! Everyone is SO great.

Cortney Chancellor I have tried so many salons in Lubbock and after all of the good reviews I was hoping this would be the place. My nails came out thick and bulky, the clear coat it’s chipping off on almost all of them (I’ve had them for 3 days). And the nail technician sanded down the tips of my finger tips til they bled. Not a pleasant experience for me.

Savannah Cruz First off this was a horrible experience and not worth the money. I took my 2 nieces and daughter to get their nails done. The man that did my nieces nails did a horrible job as you can see. It was a birthday present from me to her and they turned out terrible. VERY THICK & he didn’t clean under the nail with the tool like most nail techs do. It’s slanted as you can see because it’s more thick at the very front of the nail and not as thick at the back of the nail. And way too wide never seen square nails that wide. We were also rushed which I understand they were busy but still. No we didn’t say anything because I have social anxiety and already had to tell them to paint my other nieces nails again because it clearly needed another coat. I didn’t want to cause problems but they should have looked at these acrylics and see that it looks bad that’s just completely unprofessional! Also the lady there was beyond rude. When she was doing my other nieces nails she wouldn’t even ask for her other hand as she was switching from the left hand to the right she would just reach her hand out and expect us to know what she was asking. She was also super upset that I said I called and ask how much this would cost and the guy tony said $45 for all which he misunderstood and it ended up not be that price. It evened up being $20 more! Do not go here it’s not worth the money! Will definitely be posting this across all social media platforms!

From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who promptly asked me what I needed. It was impressive to see that every staff member was busy with a customer, yet the overall wait time was minimal—about 10 minutes or less. When it was my turn, I was treated with great care. The gentle approach taken by my attendant really stood out, and I appreciate how attentive she was. I felt a bit guilty for making her stay longer than necessary, yet her positive attitude and willingness to assist made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re considering a visit, I wholeheartedly encourage you to go for it. The quality of service and genuine care for customers really shine through at Glory Nails. You wont be disappointed!

Lori Holt So accommodating! The staff is always friendly, and they do excellent work! This visit, I only wanted a pedi to remove dead skin from cuticles and soles without polish bc my gel French tips and flower artwork still looked great! My technician touched up the white and added another top coat to extend the polish for me…and the price was very agreeable!

M Lu First time here and was not impressed. For starters when I walked in they were not friendly at all and then rushed me to pick a color after I told them I wanted a manicure. Once I sat down I told the guy I wanted short and round shellac which he said ok but did the quite opposite. He started clipping my nails into coffin shape and I reminded him I wanted round, and he said "ok, ok" but proceeded to do what he wanted which was mid length coffin nails. Then when he began to paint it was horrible and looked like a toddler painted them. I tried talking to him about them and he seemed to be getting upset, then grabbed my hand and said "let me see". I said forget it and went to wash my hands... when I seen how awful they looked I requested someone else to help me and he was already trying to charge me $40... a lady stepped in and was helpful and told me to sit down.. she tried to fix the shape and make me happy but he had already screwed them up so bad that the shape could really not be fixed. I was not happy at this point but ready to leave since I had been there for two hours at that point. I left with nails different shapes, sizes, and just not a good look. She charged me $45 ($5 more than he originally was) and I just left after paying. Id recommend staying away from that guy for sure... if not the whole salon.

Rhea Melton Jenifer is my choice of nail tech. She tried very hard to make sure I am always satisfied with her work. She did these Holiday nails!

Gina Elder The nail technician did not at all pay attention to detail. She also didn’t pay any attention to what I wanted. I showed her photos and described what I wanted. (“not too square,” “not too thick,” etc.) She didn’t manicure the cuticles. When I left the salon, I noticed the acrylic didn’t even reach my cuticles. It’s been 2 days and I can tell I’ll need a fill sooner than later. My nails are ridiculously thick and sloppy. I’m not planning to return.

Yvonne Perez I absolutely love coming here. Julia always does great on my nails. She always exceeds my expectations. 10/10 always. Kim gives excellent pedicures. Very elegant establishment and friendly staff. I recommend this place for ur nail & feet needs. They also wax and do lashes. Love it

Even though it was new to her, she was so patient and kept working until my nails turned out absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was friendly and fun, and I left feeling completely pampered. Octo I absolutely love coming to this place. They aren’t rough when it comes to handling your hands and super friendly! This is my 5th time coming here and they are always giving me a fun experience.

Arryah Mora My mom, little sister and I walked into the salon. very clean but not greeted, I went in with no intention on getting my nails done. just my mom and sister. A Lady did my moms white tips very fast, while a gentleman was working on my sister. mind you my sister got short REGULAR color acrylics. she got a very light blue, you think it was white. Last minute i decided i wanted mine done which was fine because they was only one other person but she was getting her nails done already. she came in right after us. she was greeted, offered beverages & had lots of friendly conversation and even got her photos taken on her nails. My mom had to run a quick errand while i get my nails done. mind you my mom PAID for her and my sisters as i wanted to pay for myself. my mom did leave a decent tip. while getting my nails done, i emphasized to the women i love the thick because they work best for my hand. she told me theyre break easier and continued on doing what she wanted. once i repeated my self she dropped my hand and rushed over the nails with more acrylic looking very frustrated. once finished before applying the polish: she told me to pay because she didnt want me to mess up my nails. even though my sister was theyre. she brings me the receipt to leave a tip. me only having the correct amount of that card i didnt tip. she seen that and rushed so fast and just threw polish on my nails. here is where my major problem is, when choosing the nail color i wanted white. she told me it would turn yellow. i chose a light grey she said thats fine. when she seen i didnt leave a tip she put a brown bottle with clear liquid that she didnt put on my moms. nor the gentleman did my sisters. i went straight home and laid down. i dont do makeup or any excessive works. a day later my nails look like the picture i attached. she was very unprofessional and picked and choose who she thinks has money. i had cash i was willing to tip but her service was unexceptional. if shed been fair my family and i usually spend $500 on nail day. only because we needed these nail for the week. never judge a book by its cover and thats exactly what they do!!

Ryley Terrible, i came out with nails that weren’t the same length and “french tips” that went beyond the middle of my nail. Not to mention they over charge for bad quality. If you’re looking for a new tech id avoid this place and save your money for higher quality.

Tiffany Bush While the a fancy salon in terms of decor, this salon takes great care of you. It’s clean and they have everyone who comes in wash their hands first thing. They did a great job on my dip nails and included in the price was a relaxing hand and arm massage that made my scalp tingle! I’ll be back when visiting Lubbock.

Rhonda Griffin After having good results several times from the salon my last experience was not up to par whatsoever. I received a basic manicure and before the day was even done I was already getting chips on my nails. I have included pictures of what my nails look like less than 48 hours after services. My toenails were not cut appropriately and before leaving I actually had to have my heels filed a bit more because they were Jagged and rough. I am extremely disappointed and very upset about the services I received.
