Its very kind of New York industrial modern Open concept thats incredibly relaxing while youre waiting to get your haircut. Once you do get your haircut the process is quick but its done right. Exactly what I look for as a guy.

1 /5 Aditya Nair: Trash. Save your money. You’re better off cutting your own hair than going to this place. I showed him what type of cut I wanted and he messed me up HORRIBLY. NEVER going back EVER. Asked for a LOW taper fade and he practically made me bald on the sides. Only go here if you plan on going bald or giving away money for garbage.

1 /5 Catlynn Cedillo: My husband went to get his haircut they said the barber didn’t get there until 12, I was confused especially seeing two men sitting down where the barber is so after we left I called them asking if everyone is there her to cut “ my sons “ hair , her words were “ oh yes everyone is here today the barbers are here and can cut his hair anytime today “ so basically they took one look at my husband and lied because 1. They don’t know how to cut his hair ( she could have just said that ) 2. It’s how he looked and both aren’t okay lying to paying customers is a little pathetic.

I didn’t tell her anything and I even tipped her so she wouldn’t feel bad but honestly that was the worst haircut. Too sad that this is the second location near by and I received a “yes, I can do that hair cut” when I show her a picture, she didn’t even use blade to shape my beard, horrible service. I don’t know how people give good reviews, oh well! I’ll leave two pictures of my haircut at this location and the one picture I showed her to get my haircut done right. All I ask, if people doesn’t know how to do fades, say “I DON’T DO FADES “

Liz Vazquez: Three stars just for a one person that works there who is super rude. I’m a regular store and salon customer. I love going to this location since it’s convenient and because I’ve found the perfect stylist, but there’s a lady on the sales floor who is extremely rude I’ve had a few negative encounters with her I’m surprised she is still working at the store with the terrible customer service she has. Come on Ulta management, there are plenty of people out there with great customer service who are looking for a job, get rid of those who bring a negative energy and hire those who are really passionate about their job and serving others.
