Lynda Herrera This was my first time trying this location. I contacted Jenny from suite 201 and she was a no call no show. I called earlier the same day approximately 9:45AM and she spoke to me saying she had something today (same day) at 6pm. I arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to be cordial and her room is closed with lights off. I figured maybe she will show up in a bit but she never did. Attempted to call her twice and no response. Waited around for approximately 10 minutes or so and still no one inside her office/room area. Not sure about her work, but punctuality or even a response were no good. So def don’t recommend. She contacted me after I left.Unfortunately her card in the front says one suite number and she’s in another one. By the time she said she could take me again had been 20 minutes after I had left.

Alexandra Castro I have been seeing Erum, who is now located in room 205, for over 10 years. I have followed her from when she used to be at Nuance Spa. She is amazing!! When I first started to see her she helped me grow out and re shape my eyebrows. Now I get compliments all the time on my eyebrow shape. I will never trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is very easy to text to make appointments and always works with my crazy schedule.

Diamond Cadriel ERUM SULTAN! Spa 6! She always does an amazing job. Today I had a lash lift, eyebrow threading, tint, and a little bit of chocolate wax for the side of my face(: I trust her and have been loyal customer for years! She’s a must! ♥️

Rocio Rosales Finally a clean & friendly nail shop in Rosenberg! I’ve been to a few establishments in the area and was always let down so I started to do my nails at home instead. I went in today and had the best shellac manicure by the sweetest person (didn’t get her name) I can tell it is well managed. I will be back for my pedicure!

Alta Boner Started going here after seeing all the beautiful work of facebook and v star nails screwing up very badly. The owner is super sweet and did exactly what I wanted but made a suggestion for next time I came in. I went in today and she did what she suggested and I love it. I usually get the dip but she did the powder. My husband is super picky as to how my nails look and he loves my nails every time I come here. She knows to ask my husband what he thinks and not me lol. I could not be happier with the service and quality of work that they provide. I will continue to come here and they will have my business for a very long time. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are perfect and that you are happy with them.

GONZO Great barbershop great Ambient great people great location five stars all the way. All of the barbers are great, this is a FAMILY business. SARA has been cutting my hair for years now. This is the kind of place where you can be a regular and they know your name. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Plus this is one of the only places I know of that will open on Monday. Anthony Wall Definitely the worst and most expensive beard trim Ive had. I asked for a minimal trim and got more than half taken off. Complete opposite of what I asked for and it looked hideous. On top of that I was still asked to pay full price! Would not recommend

Nathan Smith My hair is thinning and has been for years, and for that reason I have been cutting my own hair and shaving it for years. Miss Ann did such a fabulous job, that I will always get my haircut there from now on. She made me feel and look ten years younger!

Tomas Jordan do not go there they don’t sanitize their clippers and they don’t even cut accurately.

I came in after not having my hair cut for 3 years, and the lady who cut my hair was the nicest woman ever, and did such an amazing, wonderful job. the final result is everything that I asked for and I couldnt ask for a better place. I will be coming back here probably as long as I live.

Ruben Mendoza The place is small, and the ladies are fast and within my current budget. I do pay double plus tip because they trim my beard and eyebrows. It feels nice to be pampered for 15 minutes. I do like to tip accordingly for excellent service. Just a bit extra attention makes repeat business.

Caitlin Mehdi Christine is AMAZING. Seriously. Make an appointment now, no need to look for another salon. She will take your vision and make it reality. She was kind and patient as I explained what I wanted. She has good taste and offered suggestions based on my face shape and hair type. Then she not only delivered what I wanted, it actually looked way better than what I had asked for/expected! She has a real gift with those scissors, and brush/blow dryer! She is also reasonably priced, which is a huge bonus. You won’t regret making the choice to go to Christine. Thanks again!

He just gets it!! While he styled, he explained some simple volume tricks too (thank you baby Jesus!). It was just a helpful, inspired and grateful visit. What a gem!! Miri O $70 for 2 haircuts. A comb over and a kids regular trim. They didnt do eyebrows or even put gel or spray on the comb over. I wouldn’t mind paying that amount for a good haircut but for what they got it was ridiculous. I highly recomend going to Professional barbershop Jm on avenue h. They do amazing cuts and won’t charge an arm and a leg.

Ruby A few months ago I came here a few times due to being referred by my friend to visit , the last time i went there my hair was up to my neck and i simply wanted my split ends trimmed, the owner Cecy gave me a pixie cut from getting scissor-happy with the shears , Now that i’m in need of a trim again i remembered about this salon and how much i was disappointed that day with still having to pay her her 40 dollars that she stole and violated from me , Safe to say im not coming here for my haircut this time around .

Sandra Thomas Well, my second experience here was negative. I showed up and saw that only employees were wearing masks. The customers were not. I said I guess I have to reschedule, thinking they would ask the customers to put on a mask since we are in the midst of full hospitals with the Delta variant, but nope. They just said OK. I wont go back to this nasty place. They are ignorant. Plenty of shops DO understand virus transmission.

The new color is amazing and suits me so well. The customer service here is fantastic. I 100% recommend this salon. Thank you so much for everything! The people are very sweet. However, I have to give 3 stars because my color was completely different. I didn’t want to be red and it turned out redder than I have ever had it. She did say she couldn’t help it because I have used box color in the past. However, it was over a year since I had done anything to it before I went into this salon. I would at least think the natural color would have matched the color I wanted. Anyways, I think the staff is nice and the place is really clean. Just disappointed that I am going to have to go get it fixed.

Ben Foster The interior is a bit cold but whats worse is that the water for the shampoo is even colder. It seems to be related to an equipment problem that makes it difficult to dial in warm water so they have to choose to keep the water cold to prevent accidentally scalding the customer. The business owner needs to get on top of this. The facility operators get a 1 star, but the people there deserve 5 stars.

Cyril Serafin Walked in on a slow Tuesday morning after realizing my desperate need for some self care, and I have to say that Rose is awesome! Excellent service and excellent pricing. She gave me a trim and lash extensions. Also got my facial done here too. Overall would recommend!

And I loved how everything turned out. She even convinced me to get my brows done with threading. And let me say it didnt hurt nearly as much as it had with my previous stylist. Aditya Nair Trash. Save your money. You’re better off cutting your own hair than going to this place. I showed him what type of cut I wanted and he messed me up HORRIBLY. NEVER going back EVER. Asked for a LOW taper fade and he practically made me bald on the sides. Only go here if you plan on going bald or giving away money for garbage.

Catlynn Cedillo My husband went to get his haircut they said the barber didn’t get there until 12, I was confused especially seeing two men sitting down where the barber is so after we left I called them asking if everyone is there her to cut “ my sons “ hair , her words were “ oh yes everyone is here today the barbers are here and can cut his hair anytime today “ so basically they took one look at my husband and lied because 1. They don’t know how to cut his hair ( she could have just said that ) 2. It’s how he looked and both aren’t okay lying to paying customers is a little pathetic.

She listened carefully to my preferences and gave me a great cut that exceeded my expectations. She was skilled, thorough, and attentive, taking the time to make sure every detail was perfect. My head shave and beard trim turned out perfectly, and I couldnt be happier with the results. In addition to the excellent haircut, the barbershop itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the latest tools and equipment. The prices were also reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. Overall, I would highly recommend All Star Barbershop to anyone in need of a great haircut or beard trim. The staff is professional and skilled, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. And if youre lucky enough to have Tonya as your barber, youre in for a treat!

Rolando Rodriguez This is a world-class haircut/fade with world-class customer service. The owner Tanya is a fixture in this community. She’s a master at her craft and so are her colleagues. I’m extremely particular about who touches my head and I have full trust in Tanya and this barbershop. You won’t regret it. Worth every dollar they charge.

Alejandra Estrada First off let me say I had been here before and never had a problem. Ladies are polite and welcoming but unfortunately greeting arent what we go there for. I took my daughter in on Saturday for a perm. Gave her a time for noon. I took her in at 10:30 so stylist could look at her hair and determine if it was ok for a perm since she had bleached her hair about two yrs ago. Stylist looked at my daughters hair and ran her fingers through it and said it looked fine and she would do it at 12. So we go back In only for her hair to be completely ruined. My daughter stayed in her room all weekend long crying because we payed over $100 plus tip for her hair to be ruined. No curls just waves here and there and straight ends on some places and burnt tips all over. We left there and her hair was soaking wet. Nothing can be done to fix the loofah style they left. I went back to speak to the owner asking for a refund since we have to go try and fix it elsewhere or shave her head. She flat out refused and said it was a risk we were taking. She said her employee spent 2 hrs rolling her hair. As if 2 hrs compares to the amount of time my daughter cried in her room all weekend long. It is unfair for such unprofessional service. If you dont know how to properly check when its done or when it isnt, pls dont ruin people s hair just for an amount of money. That isnt worth the amount of stress tears and emotional despair. Pls dont go here for perms. Make your research before going in for places that have reviews only on how polite or how clean the place was. It is only fair we get the service we pay for. I could have burnt and ruined my daughters hair at home for free. Owner was rude at the end of our conversation and proceeded to say foe me to do whatever I needed to do since it wasnt the first time this happens. Shows how professional they are. Sad because I came here before for haircuts and I was pleased, but then again that stylist doesnt work there anymore. Please people, read the correct reviews before making a huge mistake like we did.See for yourself and see her "perm". Dont recommend

Kathy Erickson I just moved to the area and found this Salon online-it was close to where I live and reasonably priced. Jazmin colored and cut my hair and it turned out beautiful. She covered all the gray and yellow from the old blonde highlights and put in brown lowlights and it turned out gorgeous. I am extremely happy. I will be coming back to her from now on . Maria Torres Let me tell yall... Mayela G. is a life savor, I decided to bleach my hair at home and it came out so bad that it took 4 hours to fix it. I honestly thought no one would be able to fix this mess, but luckily they were able to help. Cassandra Martinez I had an appointment with Monica at 9 I showed her the picture on the left and told her I wanted to go darker with my hair because I already had caramel highlights. She said okay asked to see the picture again. I let her do her thing but after it was done I noticed it was lighter and I mentioned it to her but she said she couldn’t do anything about it because it was already 4 and they had there anniversary party starting at 5 so I paid and left. Later that day I noticed how fried my hair came out and how I can’t fix it anymore. I usually go to Nancy but she wasn’t there when my appointment was scheduled so I didn’t get to & now my hair is just messed up.

Sarah Parr I went in for a trim and layers with a v shape cut in the back. I told the stylist to keep the length and she completely butchered my hair. 5-6ninches was cut off, all the layers and hair was uneven and not cut correctly. I even mentioned my hair was uneven and she told me it wasn’t. I told her again the cut is not even the same on both sides and she told me “I don’t know”. The v cut was so sharp it left the ends with barely any hair. I ended up having to go to another stylist who immediately looked at my hair and said who cut your hair?? They ruined your hair! My hair was all the down to my lower back and now it’s close to my collar bone.

Edith Arroyo Dry unfriendly welcome. Was explaining kid’s cut preference, she was annoyed because I didn’t use the right cut term. When I got home, I noticed my grandson’s neck back was grey looking, she forgot to shave below the trim. I had to shave it. I was nervous to cut him with the razor. It was very inconvenient since I noticed at the last minute and had to get to my other grandkid’s baptism.

Nancy Peterson I have been seeing Veronica for over 7 years. She is a great stylist, very kind and attentive. She listens to my requests and does a superb job!!

R. C. I always request Yolanda , she does an amazing job with my boys hair cut, as well as mine. My only complaint is that cost & they never offer coupons to their return customers. I am shopping around & looking for another place to get a hair cut due to their price increase. If you decide to go there ask for Yolanda.

G Sharp Calm and quiet, which is a nice change from the usual loud conversations and music most salons have going on. Good haircut. I do wish they would wash the hair after the cut to get the loose hairs washed away.
